Alright Mystigun. This time I might be able to get you. Yoshimitsu looks onward at Mystigun as he explained Yoshimitsu's tasks. Defend from the fire, distract him, then hit him. Seems relatively easy. But what fire was Mystigun talking about? Suddenly, Mystgun lowers his mask and spews out a gigantic mass of fire coming in "hot" on Yoshimitsu. Oi, that might burn me! Without wasting another moment, Yoshimitsu quickly preforms three hand seals and focuses his chakra around his arm, gathering the moisture in the air to form into a more dense water around his right palm. Yoshimitsu then thrusts his right palm forward at the fireball that is burning his eyes, and the water shoots out like a canon from his palm, dousing most of the fireball which creates an abundance of steam. As soon as the stream starts rising, Yoshimitsu tries to form forty four hand seals as fast as he can to draw the moisture in the air to form under himself. The moisture in the air starts to form a dragon that Yoshimitsu is on top of and carries it towards Mystigun. As it travels nearer and nearer, in close range now, Yoshimitsu jumps straight up as the dragon hits face first into the ground right before his sensei, thus distracting him for a moment. When Yoshimitsu lands in close range of Mystigun, he forms one hand seal and condenses the moisture in the air with his chakra to form an orb. With that orb, three whips come out of it and two lash out at his sensei's face, whilst the last tendril flicks his sensei in the gastrocnemius. After the combo is finished, Yoshimitsu sits down in an Indian stance thinking about the combo. I don't even think old man Mystigun could come out of that one completely unharmed. Hehehehe. I think sensei asked me to talk about the jutsu I just used. Well, I guess I shouldn't disappoint him. Yoshimitsu looks at Mystigun with a playful look. The first jutsu I used isn't that useful to me. If need be, it could be used in close quarters combat if I was a water specialist, or mainly to defend from fire attacks. The second jutsu on the other hand, is far more useful. The dragon made of water....I could ride it like I just did, condense the moisture behind my opponent and attack him without him knowing, use a raiton on the water it leaves behind as a conductor to my opponent, etc. It seems like the coolest jutsu out of the bunch that you have taught me. Lastly, we have that orb. I think it is a good jutsu, as it can attack an opponent from multiple angles and what not, but that would also decrease it's rank.

As the dragon came down on top of him, Mystogan formed the snake hanseal, turning his body into a very dense, protective material. But the serpent missed his body, and though he was confused, Mystogan later felt the impact of the water whips, though they did not harm his steel-hard skin.
That, I did not expect... Using the dragon as a distraction? I truly expected you to utilize the whips to distract me so that you had time to use all of the handseals for the dragon, as disrupting you is a very easy task with so many seals. Also, mist cannot be condensed into this powerful dragon; you must use a water source to make it effectively. I believe that there was once a very capable water user who could use this technique without a source, the Hokage if I remember correctly, but unless you're him you'll need a rather large water source.

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A (+10 to physical attacks)
Description: After performing the Snake hand seal the user will channel their chakra throughout their entire body, which then hardens their skin to a steel-like quality. This increases their defensive power to the utmost limits. The user’s skin also becomes much darker, an almost black colour. The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. But this technique when activated leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.
Note: Kakuzu bios can use this technique without the need for handseals

(Suiton: Hahonryuu) - Water Style: Destruction Torrent
Rank: B
Type: Offense/Defence
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: After waving the Boar → Dog → Ram hand seals, a water vortex created in the palm of the user’s hand that can then be blasted forward creating a spiraling wall of water which can then be used to attack or defend.
Note: No water source required
(Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique
Rank: B-S-Rank
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20-40
Damage Points: 40-80
Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
Note: Requires a water source to use.
(Suiton: Suiryūben) - Water Style: Water Dragon Whip
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates an orb of water from which several sharp whips of water emerge. Those whips can then be directed towards one or multiple targets, impaling them on impact.
Now, for this next three techniques I want you to use them in combination with each other, but try to go for a omnidirectional attack, rather than three techniques coming in one after the other. By sending attacks from different angles, or even by aiming at places where your opponent isn't, but could be at some point in the combination, you can take the enemy off-guard and land a critical blow.

The first technique has two variations, both of which I want you to do. The first is a simple, large rotating sphere of water which is shot from the mouth; the size of this sphere could easily encompass from the top of my head to my abdomen in diameter. The other variant is to shoot out five smaller streams, which could probably only take out my shoulder rather than my entire chest and head, which can be aimed at different areas, but also lose power with the technique. Both versions require the tiger handseal.
The second technique, also using the tiger handseal, then moves on to you stomping the ground and condensing moisture in the ground, causing it to rise up in the shape of a blade which travels along the ground and can even cut through solid rock. This attack from below is a good technique to either move an opponent out of an area, or get him to move into mid-air where his movements are more restricted.
The third technique uses the Monkey, Rat, Tiger, Dragon, Horse, and Dragon handseals. Then, you will condense the moisture in the air around yourself to form a violently spinning vortex of water, which can then be shaped into a serpent's mouth. The serpent can then be manipulated as you wish, and eat the opponent if you can get it's jaws around them. Whether or not the opponent is necessarily "eaten", you can smash the serpent into the ground to form a raging river which flows away from you in the direction it crashed. This river can then be used for an immediate water technique follow-up, or to wash away an opponent if they're caught in it. Or, just like the Rising Water Slicer, to force the opponent away from their current position.

Shoot, I forgot I was not using my Tobirama bio. xD

Damn I am getting lazy. >_>

My apologies sensei, I was not in the right state of mind. I too believe it was a hokage who could use the jutsu without a water source.....a lawd Tobirama if I can remember correctly. Now with these next jutsu, I will use them in combination with each other as well as make it hard for you to dodge by attacking at different angles? Sounds like a challenge.

Yoshimitsu bows, then jumps back in mid range. Exhaling and staring down his sensei, Yoshimitsu remembers his sensei's words about the second jutsu making your opponent move or jump out of the way. While staring down his sensei, Yoshimitsu flashes the tiger hand seal and stomps on the ground, causing a jet of water to rise up and travel at his sensei while tearing up the ground. As the jutsu continues towards his sensei, Yoshimitsu flashes the same hand sign and spits out five balls of water, each big enough to cause damage on impact. The balls were shot out as such. The first ball was shot directly left of the jet, the second one above the first, the third on the right of the jet, the fourth above the third, and the fifth was shot in the middle of all the bullets, reinforcing the jet. After the bullets are shot out, Yoshimitsu quickly darts to his sensei's right knowing his sensei is preoccupied by the water jutsu. Once Tobirama gets a clear field of vision of his sensei dealing with the rest of the water jutsu, Yoshimitsu does five hand seals and generates a violent spinning water vortex that takes the shape of a serpent's head. The serpent then goes at his sensei with such force it grabs him and slams him into the ground, as the torrent of water turns into a river.

Sorry sensei, I had to do what I had to do.

With water coming towards him from the ground, Mystogan raised his right hand upwards slightly before punching it straight down, releasing a large tornado of wind to push himself up into the air. Going straight up into the air, Mystogan went straight above all the water bursts, being completely safe from them.

Rank: B
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:20
Damage Points:40
Description: The user delievers a punch that releases a giant, adaptable whirlwind.

Then, Mystogan heard the roar of rushing water to his left, and, turning his head, saw the serpent. Exhaling a large twister from his mouth, Mystogan cut through the water making up the serpent and sent it crashing down to the ground as normal, powerless water.
The combination was good, but we are still in the lesser techniques.

Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user releases a stream of wind infused chakra from their mouth that takes on the shape of a twister to attack the enemy.

(Suiton: Teppoudama) - Water Release: Gunshot
Rank: B/A-Rank
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20/30
Damage Points: 40/60
Description: The user will do the Tiger handseal and will gather water in his mouth and then spits out either a single very large sphere of rotating water that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked or a series of up to 5 smaller yet faster bullets. The power of the technique depends on how much chakra the user inputs into it.
(Suiton: Mizu Kamikiri) - Water Release: Rising Water Slicer
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a fast jet of water running through the ground that is powerful enough to slice through solid rock.
(Suiton: Ja No Kuchi) - Water Release: Water Snakes Mouth
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the required hand seals Monkey → Rat → Tiger → Dragon → Horse → Dragon it then allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping jaw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.
Now, to ensure proper understanding of these technique, I want you to describe the inherit drawback of each of these techniques, and under what circumstances they would be most useful in battle.

Thank you sensei. Yoshimitsu sits down and looks at his sensei. So the drawbacks and how to use them? Alright, let's see what I got. Yoshimitsu shifts to where he feels more comfortable. With Suiton: Teppoudama, there are not a lot of drawbacks. I mean, it may not be the biggest jutsu, but it is so versatile because you can split up the shots, use it in any range, and it only requires one hand seal with no source. But the biggest disadvantage I guess it the size of the jutsu or that you must spit it out of your mouth. If someone breaks your jaw, it would be very hard spitting out the water. I would use this jutsu when someone is up in the air since I can shoot multiple shots at them. There really is no defensive purpose for this jutsu, unless you want to overwhelm a small katon with it. When using Suiton: Mizu Kamikiri, again there are no glaring drawbacks. It is just one hand seal that creates a jet of water that slices through rock. Although it cannot be used in long range, most of my fighting is not long range fighting. I would use this jutsu to move my opponent by making them move to the left or right. It is just an average jutsu. Now with Suiton: Ja No Kuchi, there is a pretty big disadvantage. It requires six hand seals to use, but that is the only disadvantage. It is a pretty big jutsu, so it blocks the line of sight. It creates a big water source. It can reach long range. I would use this jutsu for almost any offensive purpose, as it gives me a source for other water jutsu such as Suiton: Suiryūdan.

So, while I'm standing on solid ground, we are going to go through the next three jutsu for you to use on me.
First is a very useful technique, very similar to Water Prison. First, you focus your suiton chakra into the ground under me, and cause the moisture in the ground to gush up and surround me in a large sphere of water. Then you use your chakra to contain me within the sphere. While useful, you have to focus all of your chakra in the sphere to hold me, making using other jutsu out of the question.
The second technique uses the Dragon, Tiger, Rabbit handseals, and then is simply a stream of water shot from your mouth. It is a large jet, with lots of destructive force, thus requiring a lot of pressure and, therefore, water, but in the end, it's simply a powerful water stream.
The final technique is much like a summoning jutsu. You will slam you hand on the ground and focus your suiton chakra into the sky. From there, you will condense the moisture in the air together to form a large pool of water, which will fall down upon me. The water must be formed 10 meters above the target to have any true "crushing" effect, but if you simply wanted to get your opponent wet, perhaps to follow up with lightning to shock them, then it can be formed anywhere above them. Now, once the water is formed, which happens fairly quickly once you get the hang of it, you can use another technique as it falls as your chakra does not make the falling water "exist".

Now, with this information, I want you to create a combination with these technique to try and hit me. Then, the analysis with advantages, disadvantages, and etc. and so on.

Alright sensei, I will try my best to hit you! Maybe I will do it this time...

Yoshimitsu slams his hand on the ground and focuses his chakra in the air about four meters about Mystigun. Moisture in the air starts forming into water, which starts falling down on Mystigun. As the water starts falling on Mystigun, hopefully blinding his vision of Yoshimitsu, Yoshimitsu focuses his chakra under Mystigun and uses the moisture in the earth and on Mystigun to form a sphere, trapping him. Yoshimitsu stares at his sensei, walking closer to him as he remains still in a sphere of water.

Well Mystigun sensei....it looks as if I might hit you this time...

Knowing his sensei cannot move whilst in the sphere, Yoshimitsu circles the sphere until Mystigun cannot see him. After waiting for a bit, Yoshimitsu rapidly performs three hand seals and spews out a jet of water at Mystigun's leg from close range. The jet was highly pressurized, and if hit, would likely leave a bruise.

As the water fell on Mystogan, providing more of a distraction than harming him, he suddenly felt unable to move. The water, formed into a sphere trapping him, held him in place while his student slowly circled around.
Wait for it... he thought to himself. Trying to move his arm as a means to tell when the binding wore off, when his student began to weave handseals and released the jutsu Mystogan's hand swiftly sliced through the water to grab the sword out of its hidden sheath on his back. Focusing his fuuton chakra through the blade as he drew it, as his student began to spit the water (it takes about a second to grab his sword, as changing staffs takes a second in and of itself), Mystogan released a large hurricane of wind which expanded away from him, pushing away the harmful water and his student.

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they release a vortex of wind that surrounds the users body and can push away materials covering the users body.

That was a very good combination... To be honest, I wasn't expecting a good combination with those jutsu as they didn't seem to meld together nicely for me, but you did amazing.
(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
Note: Technique creates its own water source
(Suiton: Mizurappa) - Water Release: Water Horn
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After waving the Dragon → Tiger → Rabbit hand seals, the user creates a big jet of water that is launched from their mouth. This technique works exceptionally well with Lava Release: Quicklime Congealing Technique to help it become like cement.
(Suiton: Haran Banshō) - Water Release: Stormy Blockade
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.
Now, I've seen you use these in battle... To distract, bind and put me in a delicate position, and finally strike. Now I want you to come up with their individual drawbacks or weaknesses. Sometimes something short and simple is the most effective answer.

felt the breeze of his sensei's jutsu a little, so he crossed his arms in front of his body to protect himself. Even though the wind pushed him back a bit, it didn't hurt too much, thanks to the water helping weaken the wind. Penguin then listens to his sensei praise him for what seems to be like the first time. A grin formed as Penguin listened to his sensei Mystigun talk about how effective that combination was. But Penguin had to focus on his current task.Thank you Mystigun-sensei, it means a lot, really. Penguin listens once more as his sensei asks for the drawbacks of the jutsu he just used. Drawbacks? I love this part. With the Funshutsu Mizu Kinko, you cannot use any other attacks with chakra costs unless you want the Funshutsu Mizu Kinko to disperse. With Mizurappa, it is almost too basic. It is just a stream of highly pressurized water, easy to counter with almost any doton technique. Haran Banshō is a little trickier. The water must reach a height of ten meters for it to have any damaging affect on your opponent, and you need to slam your hand on the ground. This can leave you open to stone spikes or other earth based jutsu coming from the ground.

While it is true that in order to cause harm to your opponent with Stormy Blockade you must summon the water ten feet or more in the air, if you only wish to get them wet you may summon the water directly on top of them, allowing for great, quick combinations with Raiton. And, yes, ground contact is bad; but not requiring a water source balances it. I believe it is time to move on.
The first technique is very simple; you form the snake handseal and build up your Suiton chakra in your stomach. Then, you simply spew great amounts of water from your mouth. This water doesn't necessarily need to be concentrated, or destructive; focus on quantity and quantity only. The more water, the better. As you spew the water, generally aimed below the user, it will form a massive wave, which is usually ridden. This technique can turn even a wasteland into a small ocean.
The second technique is a camouflage technique, at best. You use your Suiton chakra to "blend in" with the water; your body isn't "dispersed" too far from itself, meaning you can reform quickly, and it can only be used underwater, but you essentially "become" water while within a source. Sensors can find you, dojutsu users can see you, but while this is true you can blend in to any water source, regardless of size; even a puddle may be used to conceal your presence. So, while it has it's limitations, it's also useful if used correctly.
The third technique uses the dog handseal, and then you will focus your chakra into the sky to condense clouds into stormy conditions. Then, it will begin to rain. As the rain falls, use your Suiton chakra to collect the droplets, as they hit the ground, together into a large source near you, where it will build into a wave which flows, at your command, towards an enemy. As it crashes into me, cause it to drain my chakra.
(I can explain my theory on how this is done later, if you wish; for now, just do things simply) You may control the water, so long as you maintain the handseal, to constrict my movement while I am within the wave, using the pressure to make parts of the water act "tangible" so as to physically restrain me.

So, I want you to, once again, utilize these three techniques in combat against me. Two of these jutsu create massive waves, and one of them allows you to hide within a body of water, keeping in mind that "rain" is not a body; each individual drop is a body of water. So just a few things to keep in mind when trying to use these three techniques together; the first is that shinobi use misdirection and concealed actions to fight; "smoke-and-mirrors". The second is that, while I only want you to use these three techniques, neither throwing a punch or slashing with a kunai is a "technique". Finally...

Grabbing an old, rotted stump off the ground, and holding it by a petrified root, Mystogan continued speaking.
...if you wish to actually attack me, you must catch me off guard. You may also describe each technique, advantage, disadvantage, and all, immediately after performing them without waiting for me to ask, if you wish.

Alright Mystigun-sensei. I think I know what you want, and I am prepared to give it my all to please you. Penguin quickly creates chakra by combining his spiritual and physical energies. As Penguin thinks about suiton and it's properties, he forms a hand seal and spews out the chakra which turns into a huge wave of water. The wave gets ridiculously big, and starts rolling to Mystigun. As it goes towards Mystigun, Penguin disappears into the same water he was riding. He moves through the water so that he is on Mystigun's blind side as it crashes into his sensei. Now about six meters away from Mystigun, reformed on Mystigun's blind side, Penguin forms a hand seal and it starts raining. The rain droplets come together and form a wave that hastily crashes into Mystigun, draining his chakra. The water pressure restricts your movements as the chakra is being drained from within yourself. The first technique is pretty cool and straightforward. Big wave, you can ride in it, and it creates a huge water source. It only requires a hand seal so it is decently quick, and doesn't really have many drawbacks bar your are susceptible to high ranking attacks from below that go through the water. The second technique is pretty cool even if it is only supplementary. A real ninja would use this to hide and attack your opponent from behind, causing a lot of frustration. You can hide in huge or small sources of water which is neat, but the only disadvantage is that you cannot partially appear otherwise it would require you to waste a move to reform, I think. The last technique is cool, but I am not a fan of techniques that require you to keep channeling your chakra into it. Someone could seriously hurt you with an attack from below and you wouldn't be able to defend in time since you are focused on your own technique. Although it does drain your opponent's chakra, making them weaker, which is really cool.

With the wave of water coming towards him, Mystogan caused a half-dome of earth to rise up in front of him, forming a barrier to take on the brunt of the water pressure.

Rank: B
Type: Defensive, Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description:The user slams his hands on the ground and creates a 1/4 dome of earth, which protects them from frontal external attacks. The domes shape is in a similar fashion to wood release: wood locking walls.

Mystogan then felt the water flow in around him. At first it was nothing, just cool water, but then he began to feel weaker. As if the water was affecting him. Trying to turn, Mystogan found that he could not move. Knowing that his student had found a way to trap him, Mystogan began to release doton chakra from his palms. Releasing the chakra into the water, Mystogan made it several times heavier than normal. The heavy (or rather, more dense) water, with the restricting properties cancelled by the doton chakra, forcefully pushed Mystogan's body up to the surface as he was less dense than the water around him. Standing atop the water, he looked around for his student.

Rank: A
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Range: short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: N/A (up to +20 if used to add damage)
Description: The user will perform the Snake handseal and touch a given target (he needs to use his hands in most cases but can release the technique through his whole body if needed) for a small time frame. Upon doing so, he'll use the earth chakra to increase the weight of the target drastically. The technique can increase the targets weight up to 10 times. One interesting side effect of the technique is that when its used on wood based techniques (such as Zetsu's spore clones or normal wood), the infusion of large amounts of earth chakra into it will actually petrify the target in addition to increasing its weight. A similar effect can be achieved in other earthen materials such as mud. The user can also add weight to a given attack (if feasible) to increase both momentum and impact force, effectively adding damage to it.
Note: The weight change lasts 2 turns or until countered.

Using the rain technique, mixing an already-formed wave that your opponent is caught in with the chakra-draining water is, in my opinion, a great way to use it. However, on it's own, when you use it the water falls down and then once it collects on the ground, you further collect it into a wall of water which crashes into a wave.
(Suiton: Mizugakure no jutsu) - Water Release Hidden Amongst Water Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then blend in with a water source to be undetected by the enemy for a short period of time. However Sensory Ninja and Doujutsu users can find the enemy easily within the water source.
(Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.
(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique
Rank: B-Rank
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20 (-50 per turn while trapped in the vortex of waves)
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will first perform the Dog hand seal and release his chakra into the atmosphere which will then create an accumulation of large storm clouds in the sky, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.
These next four techniques I want you to use in combination with each other against me are the last of the B-ranked techniques. The first one requires a sword, which I have if you do not. You begin by jumping up and stabbing your sword into the ground. Then, you channel your suiton chakra through the blade, into the ground, collecting moisture from the earth and condensing it into water, which is then shot up in a column around you to push away anyone nearby. Strangely, this technique requires ground, and therefore cannot be used on a surface of water.
For the second technique, you will need to focus your suiton chakra in your palm. Then, after condensing moisture from the air around you, you will condense the moisture to water and use that water to create a spiraling torrent of water from your hand which shoots outwards, but only for a short distance.
The third jutsu also collects water from the atmosphere to your palm. From there, you will form the water into a sphere, from which you can form whips and malleable spears which can shoot out to bind or attack.
The final technique also collects moisture from the air into water, but not directly into your hand. It's a very useful technique which creates a crescent of water which can be controlled with your hand motion. By moving your hand, the tip of the crescent will follow your hand movement to cut, slice, stab, and otherwise move to attack an opponent, or even to intercept an attack. These crescents are not directly tied to your body and can move up to mid-range from yourself. Because they move with your hand, it's a very versatile technique.

Now, to answer a few questions preemptively: Yes, half of these techniques are similar to ones that you've done before. No, I don't know how you are supposed to make these a combo, especially when there are two short-range techniques and no real "gap-closing" jutsu. However, that is part of your task; surprise me.

Sweet Jesus this is rough. >_>

I see. Thanks for the input Mystigun-sensei. Penguin sighs as he hears how to perform the jutsu and their descriptions. Man, this is rough. It's like trying to make something out of nothing in a way, but no matter. Penguin, irritated and tired, starts formulating a plan. Eureka! I think I got it. Penguin quickly starts molding his spiritual and physical energies together to form an abundance of chakra for these techniques. The water...it's coolness, it's wet and runny texture. I control it as if it's an extension of myself... As Penguin thought about water and it's properties, his chakra had gained a suiton nature to it. First, lets distract him, no? Penguin channels the chakra into the air by his hand. Using shape manipulation, the water from the air forms into a crescent of water. Penguin then extends his hands and moves them, and the crescent goes up into the air whilst going at Mystigun, then with one more flick of the wrist, comes crashing down on his head. After the technique hits and water gets in Mystigun's eyes, Penguin gets on one knee and puts hit right hand underwater. Penguin uses shape manipulation to turn the chakra on his right hand into an orb of water, which would be hard to see given that it is underwater. As quick as the orb was formed, multiple spears of suiton jetted out deep underwater, then came back up to subdue Mystigun via grabbing his arms, legs, and throat as the spears flung Mystigun onto dry land. Taking this opportunity to get close, Penguin jolted as fast as he could towards Mystigun, who should be groggy for a couple seconds, whilst drawing his sword. As Penguin came within about four meters of Mystigun, Penguin jumps into the air and sticks his sword into the ground. As he does this, he channels suiton chakra throughout the sword, causing a pillar of water to block the vision of Myistgun and himself. Almost as soon as the pillar of water rose, Penguin dropped it and suddenly extended his right arm to where he last saw Mystigun. Penguin starts channeling the last bit of his suiton chakra into his palm, gathering moisture from the air to form a spiraling torrent of water in his palm. It then shoots through the pillar, hitting Mystigun in what Penguin would hope to be his chest. Penguin, now exhausted, lays on the ground. Did I get you?

Watching the water crescent, as it began to descend upon Mystogan he made a single handseal. Focusing his doton chakra through his body, Mystogan hardened his skin to the utmost extreme, allowing the water blade to crash over his head harmlessly. Then something emerged from beneath him. Water whips wrapped around his limbs and threw him to shore. Still protected by his technique, Mystogan got up on the ground as his student ran at him. As the kid jumped, Mystogan pulled his own sword from the trident staff on his back to block the attack, but the attack was not aimed at him. The sword hit the ground and water gushed up, throwing Mystogan into the air. With his cloak softening the brunt of the pillar, and his hard skin protecting him further, Mystogan found himself mid-air, with a shape coming towards him through the water. His student then shot out a powerful stream of water which only served to push Mystogan backwards while harming him not through his defensive Doton technique.

( Suiton: Suishinshū ) - Water Release: Water Quaking Pillar
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user jumps into the air and then stabs his sword intothe ground, where he causes water to burst up around him and creating a pillar of water to rise up in the air repelling the enemy.
( Suiton: Seiryūshō ) - Water Release: Azure Dragon Palm
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user unleashes a spiralling torrent of water from his hands.
( Suiton: Shizuka Yari ) - Water Release: Droplet Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Using their skills with water release, the user creates an orb of water in their hand which they can then release in the form of multiple spearing streams, that they can use to attack their enemy from multiple directions or in spirals.
( Suiton: Nagareru no Yari ) - Water Release: Flowing Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user creates crescent shaped blades of water, which follow the arcs of their hand movements attacking opponents infront of them or they can twirl around while generating the crescent blades to attack all around them.
That... Was a very impressive combination. An excellent way to finish off the B-ranks of Suiton.
His chakra leaving his skin, Mystogan's complexion returned to normal.
Now I will need your analysis on each of those four techniques; how you see yourself using them in battle, their strengths, their weakness or drawbacks, and etcetera.

I see myself using this technique mainly for distractions or just pushing my opponent into mid range if they get too close. The strength of this attack is that it is pretty quick to do, albeit jumping in the air. It makes your opponent lose sight of you, leaving them open for other attacks. The weakness to this technique is that it also makes you lose sight of your opponent, as well as makes you leave the ground. In that time, someone can easily create spikes on the ground or simply blow you away whilst in the air.

This jutsu is way too simple. I would probably use this technique if I was in close range and my opponent was charging me. The strength is it's speed, and when used in close range your opponent would barely have time to react. The disadvantages are that it can only be used in short range and it is very simple and easy to figure out.

Now this jutsu is amazing. I would use this the same exact way I did to you. I would send the whips underground and attack my opponent from below. It is eerily similar to the Dragon Whip jutsu, but you don't need hand seals and this seems more lethal. It can impale your opponent with ease, reaches up to mid range, and you can use the whips to hold your opponent down or fling them. The downside is the whips get weaker every time you multiply them and earth jutsu that cover your body really makes this jutsu useless.

Now this jutsu is pretty great as well. I would use this to overshoot my opponent, then come back around and decapitate my opponent. You can control the jutsu with your hands which is just neat, it can reach mid range, happens with good speed, and requires no source of water. The only bad thing about this jutsu is that you cannot use other jutsu while this is active. A solid, solid jutsu.

Hm... Interesting thoughts.
The next three techniques are all A-ranks, so be prepared. The first uses the Tiger, Ox, Monkey, Rabbit, Ram, Boar, Ox, Horse, Monkey, Tiger, Dog, Tiger, Snake, Tiger, Ox, Monkey, Rabbit, and Bird handseals, in that order. From there, you can either manipulate the water nearby, or expel water from your mouth, to create a large vortex creating a ring around you; vertically, not horizontally. The different being, the ring is not like a hoola-hoop. Then, you are to release the water outwards where it crashes into the ground short-range of you and is splashed up high. The water will then fall down upon the target area, crushing them with great power.
The second technique is a short-ranged jutsu, compared to the long-range one before. You will use your water manipulation to form four sharks of water in the water around your feet. Then, you can use the sharks to attack the opponent from below, knocking them into the air where they are vulnerable.
The final technique is quite simple, but destructive. In essence, you focus your chakra into a water source and draw it up, creating a massive wave. Then, you allow the wave to fall down and crash into an opponent, washing everything away. It's raw power can push back boss summons and even Bijuu, so it is not to be trifled with.

Now, another question. Have you learned "Wind Style: Rasengan"?

Penguin listens to his sensei's words as they walk on the lake. I don't know Rasengan unfortunately. I hear it is a great technique. But anyways, let me give this a go. Penguin gathers a ridiculous amount of chakra by molding his spiritual and physical energies together. After this is done, he thinks about the calm, free flowing water. This gives his chakra a suiton nature. He then inserts his chakra in the water below him, and by using shape manipulation, causes a huge wave to form. The wave is probably as big as a Bijuu, and comes toppling down on you, sending you under the water. As the wave comes down, Penguin darts across the water until he gets within close range. As he gets in close range, he inserts more chakra into the water, and by using shape manipulation, causes four sharks to form by his feet. The sharks go down in the water below you, and rush at you, knocking you out of the water and high in the air. Penguin then quickly strings together the Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird hand seals as he channels chakra into his mouth. He then spits out the chakra, and by using shape and nature manipulation, cause the chakra to form into a ring of water. The water is then released and crashes on you, crushing you once more. Oi sensei! Are you ok? If you can hear me, here is my analysis on each of the jutsu. The first one is real neat and useful, because it can create a huge source of water. Plus it requires no source as you can exhales it, and it can reach long range. The only issue are the hand seals, but I plan on mastering water so it is no big deal. Pretty basic. The second jutsu is actually really useful if you fight on a water source. Breaking bones is good, plus it happens so fast. Then you can follow up with almost any attack and kill them with ease. But you do need to be on a source of water to do this, even if you are someone like Mei or Tobirama. Plus you must be in short range which isn't too good. The third jutsu is so basic but so powerful. It may require a water source, but I plan on becoming someone like the Nidaime Hokage who doesn't need a source of water for his jutsu. It's size is unrivaled and most definitely opens up other ways to attack due to them not being able to see you. Plus it doesn't take long to do at all. The only bad part is the source part and you can only use it in long range.

As the wave begins to come down, Mystogan weaves four handseals and starts to spin on one foot. Exhaling a blade of wind which pushed his mask up, Mystogan cut through the collapsing water and reduced the incoming impact to that of simply splashes before the water surrounded him harmlessly.

Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and spins his body around while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries to those hit.

Surrounded by the water, Mystogan noticed forms swimming around him. Causing stones to grow from his skin, Mystogan formed an armor under his layers of clothing, and as the sharks attacked him with blunt strikes, he took no damage and was only tossed about like a doll.

Rank: B
Type: Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20 (-15 per turn to remain active)
Damage points: N/A (+10 to taijutsu moves)
Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to B rank ninjutsu techniques but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.

Mid-air, his armor gone, Mystogan watched as a torrent of water crashed down on the ocean-like surface beneath him, surging back up into a massive wave coming towards him. Forming a single handseal, Mystogan exhaled a truly massive wall of flames, colliding with the waterfall-esque cascade of water, forming a thick veil of steam over the area. He then listened to his student as he landed on the water below.

Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: A technique where the user makes the horse hand seal and then kneads chakra inside his body which is then converted into fire and expelled from the mouth as a massive wall of intense flames, which covers an expansive range in both vertical and horizontal dimensions, making it extremely difficult to avoid. However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.

I like your analysis', and your combination was impresive as well...
Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.
(Suiton: Senkogenma Kujo) – Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage point: 60
Description: As his opponent is standing on a source of water, the user will create. four sharks of water. Those sharks will rush at their target, come out and knock the opponent high into the air. breaking several of his bones in the process. Then, as his enemy is in a very vulnerable position, the user can freely attack with swords or other ninja techniques.
Note: Requires a water source.
(Suiton: Kyojin Nami Shougeki) – Water Release: Giant Wave Crash
Rank: A
Type: Offensive , Deffence
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user gathers a large amount of water that can then be used to crash into the opponent. It is strong enough to push back Killer bee in Eight tales form.
Note: Requires a water source
Now then, again. The first of the next three jutsu uses the Tiger, Snake, Rat, Snake, and Tiger handseals. Then, I will need you to form a circle with your thumb and index finger and exhale a stream of water through this circle. As you release the water, have it expand vertically and horizontally, like a wall, and curve around you to form a type of barrier. You can still see through this water barrier, which makes it good for keeping tabs on your enemy while defending. Alternatively, you can cause the circular wall to rise up out of a pre-existing water source with the same handseals.
The second technique is another combo-type jutsu. First, you cause the water under your opponent to surge upwards, sending them into the air. Then, you jump above an enemy and draw water to your arm, where it spins like a tapered whirlpool-like drill. As you strike your opponent with the whirlpool, you cause the water to expand in a type of "explosion". It's rather elegant and simple, but devastating at the same time.
The final technique uses the Ram, Horse, and Bird handseals. After forming these handseals, you can draw water from a nearby source and cause it to spin around you, forming a tornado of water. The tornado will be much taller than you are, and can be used like a whip to attack enemies at range. So, the tall part of the tornado which is high above your head can bend down and sweep around while keeping you inside the spinning, defensive tornado. You can control the moving part of the tornado to snake around and strike people head-on, or to sweep and take out enemies quickly in one motion, among other uses. It's a very versatile jutsu which can both defend and attack at the same time, so long as the water isn't used up.

Now... Defend!

Forming three handseals, Mystogan lifted his mask slightly and exhaled a powerful, condensed ball of flame towards his student. When the fireball collides with something, it will expand into a large inferno. Hopefully his student didn't take the fireball lightly due to its initial size.

Rank: A
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user after performing the required hand seals Rat → Dog → Tiger fires a small fireball that erupts into a giant fire-storm after making contact with a surface, causing widespread destruction to the area. Since the flames travel along the ground, and cover such a wide area this is a difficult technique to evade. When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.

Thank you for the compliment Mystigun! Penguin continues listening to Mystigun describing the jutsu with vivid detail. It was almost as if he was painting a picture of the jutsu instead of performing them. Alright, I think I got it. Let's se- holy hell! Penguin watched his sensei form three hand seals and spew out a small fireball that collided with the earth in between them. Once it hit the ground, it erupted into huge flames that continued toward Penguin who was on water. This guy demands progress. And if you don't live up to the expectations... Penguin quickly claps his hands together and wiggles his fingers intricately together, forming five hand seals. After that, with the fire nearing closer, Penguin inserts his chakra into the water he was standing on and causes the water to get bigger horizontally and vertically, creating a barrier of water around him. Penguin saw the massive fire hit the wall of water, until a paramount of steam was created. Hoping his sensei didn't move, Penguin inserted more chakra into the water. It caused an eruption under his sensei and sent him into the air, with Penguin jumping off the water, hoping to get higher than his sensei. Once Penguin was above his sensei, he channels chakra into his right arm and using shape and nature manipulation, forms a whirlpool around it. His right hand came down hard on Mystigun, sending him back down into the water. Once Mystigun's body hit the surface of the water, a huge splash was created. But as Penguin was falling, he claps his fingers together once more and forms three hand seals, causing the water below him to rush upwards mid fall and start spinning around him. Penguin then controlled the top part of the tornado of water to snake around himself and speed towards where Mystigun fell. Hopefully, the tornado of water would hit Mystigun whilst he was still down in the water. Oi, sensei, are you there? Well, that first jutsu was real neat. I hear a lot of cool suiton users use it quite a lot. Like Kakashi and Mei! It defends from fire attacks and you can see through the water which is cool. Since you can see through it, that makes it way better than other options. Even though it has five hand seals, most suiton experts can do it in less, and people of my skill can do hand seals like it's nothing. The only bad part is the Suijinheki needs constant chakra channeled into it like the dragon bullet otherwise it flops. The second jutsu is pretty cool too. It is done real quick, and the water shoots the opponent real high in the air. You jump up and coat your arm in water to hit them back down. Didn't a cool Hokage use this jutsu? Anyways, a downside would be getting close to your opponent. Some people are afraid of getting in close quarters, which is weird because anyone can be great from medium and long range, but it takes a hell of a guy to be good in close quarters. Now this last jutsu I have never heard of, but is actually really cool and possibly my favorite so far. It creates a protective tornado of water around yourself that can attack and defend? Awesome. Even though it requires constant chakra flow into the technique, it is well worth it for it's advantages. Wouldn't you say?

Steam filled the area, and Mystogan moved to the defensive. Which ever of the two techniques his student was going to use next, it was going to be offensively, and as such he needed to be ready. Then his footing shifted as the water beneath his feet surged upwards, and Mystogan was ready. There was a shadow in the steam, and to prepare Mystogan sent his chakra to his palm. As his student came out with an attack, Mystogan extended the sphere of chakra in his hand to intercept and disrupt the water technique, sending Mystogan safely down to the ground.

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: Rasengan was a Ninjutsu technique developed over the span of three years by the Fourth Hokage, Namikaze Minato. The technique was taught to his sensei, Jiraiya, who then passed it on to Minato's young son, Naruto, years later. The technique is unlike many other jutsu in that it does not require any hand seals. It just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand, which can create a destructive impact.

Then as the mist was thinning and Mystogan could see the incoming arm of the water tornado sweeping towards him, he calmly pulled out a single scroll and opened it. From the scroll, a dragon emerged and flew towards the incoming tornado of water, clashing with it and shortening the vortex to a point where it was only around his student until the technique ended.

Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user through use of one their scrolls will summon a large flame dragon that is directed towards the enemy target and explodes upon impact.

As always, your analysis' are impressive.
(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
Rank: A
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.
(Suiton: Kōka Suijin) - Water Release: Hard Whirlpool Water Blade
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large whirlpool around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.
Note: Water source required.
(Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki) - Water Release: Tornado of Water
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Bird the user is able to create a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Requires a nearby water source
These next three techniques are the last of the A-rank jutsu, so be sure to impress me with your combination.
The first is very similar to Exploding Water Colliding Wave Technique you learned earlier. Form the ram handseal and then expel a great amount of water from your mouth. As you release the water, you can cause it to surge up, like the other technique, at the epicenter and flow outwards. However, this technique is different in that you can cause the water to form into a sphere, a truly massive sphere, which traps both you and your opponent within. While great for following up with other Suiton techniques, you'll need to have a clone use it in order to do so as to maintain the sphere requires your chakra. However, it's still a good technique to make sure your opponent remains relatively close to you.
The second technique uses the Dog, Horse, Monkey, and Ram handseals. Afterwards, focus your chakra into a water source and cause a massive wolf-like creature to form from the water. This wolf can expel B-rank streams of water from its mouth, as well as scar the landscape with its powerful claws. The claws can also be used to simply wash away objects in its path, rather than destroying things.
The final technique is a truly outstanding jutsu with multiple parts. The first requires you clap your hands and cause a pool of water to materialize beneath your opponent. Afterwards, cause the pool to gush upwards, sending your opponent into the air before turning the pool into a multitude of bullets which fly upwards, hitting the airborne opponent and causing blunt damage with every strike. As the bullets fly upwards, form the Bird, Dog, Snake, and Rat handseals to collect the water bullets above your target into a pool, which then forms into a dragon. Afterwards, you can cause the dragon to attack the opponent as you please. Now, as I said, this is a brilliant technique with a multitude of uses and almost appears to be a combination in and of its own right; I absolutely love it!

Please, dazzle me with your combination and analysis.
