Never seen him do it.

But he did give life by simply blowing bubbles (reality manipulation), he surrounded the entire Bikini bottom into a bubble.
He shrinked every life in bikini bottom with a belt.
He created/destroyed with his magic pencil.
Showed that he's on par with sonic maybe flash in terms of speed.
Showed majin buu regeneration feats.
Showed that he has Nukes in his aresenal.

Sooo... here how this battle can go.

He can either speedblitz goku with his quickster powers and erase him from existence with his pencil.
He can shrink goku and crush him with his foot.
He can create Gogeta clones to fight goku for him.
Or he can let Goku blow up his planet...then regenerate and literally draw up another one just to **** with goku.

none of would work on goku since he can fly an easily throw a couple continent busting attacks on sponge bob and kill him before he even realizes hes dead, also creating gogeta clones is an ass pull because sponge bob doesnt even know who gogeta is, so his brain simply cant even comprehend the power to be able to create him
ohh and if u accidently forgot to turn on your logic prior to signing up to this forum youll know that pencils cant survive planet busting attacks therefore spongebob wont do shit

Well I was just using those bombs as an example. You're right about the omnipotent concepts though.
Although I still think Spongebob W/all of his abilities he got (magic pencil, quickster, Wombo belt, creating bubbles that are only bound by his imagination, ect.).
And giving life to anything he can think of with the pencil or by blowing a bubble (ex. "Bubble buddy") makes him at least nigh omnipotent.
