Six Paths Sage Mode has been stated to be a heightened form of Sage Mode and the databook referenced an image of Naruto kicking a Truth-Seeking Ball while simply possessing cross pupils.

When Naruto utilized the Six Paths Sage Mode cloak, his skin did not glow and his eyes lacked pigmentation once more. It was quite similar to Madara's Ten-Tails jinchuuriki form.
Therefore, Naruto does still possess Six Paths Sage Mode albeit he does not form Truth-Seeking Balls and his skin does not glow.
The new definition of a Six Paths Sage Mode is the first image shown, along with the ability to utilize the Tailed Beasts' abilities.
