Although Kishi teased up with Minato new jutsu I must say having KCM and being able to utilize the arms to make markings and teleport people is pretty beast. Although I believe Itachi can still beat him until he shows more offensive uses of it I still believe Itachi can beat him.

Giving Respect/Props to Minato! just stating my opinion regarding Itachi


This is hilarious though! Figure Minato (having insane reflexes) would be the first person to realize they are screwed mid attack before the person even strikes. Shows he does have great insight
