I think itachi is going to explain to sasuke how he needs to be friends with naruto and fight together.

and then again there is more reason now why kishi will most likely make itachi sacrifice himself for sasuke in this fight,

after all that emotion build up inside sasuke and itachi will just fade away and leave him alone again, and bang the hatred explode
