Pretty much all the Uzumaki we've seen posses both (except maybe Karin).
Also, Naruto being a transmigration/reincarnation of Ashura means he's a direct descendant of his (Same goes for Hashirama and Indra's reincarnations).

Naruto's reserves also come from kurama's chakra mixing with his own since birth. Kushina didn't have lots of chakra only strong chakra and vitality. Nagato and Tsunade is of Senju lineage. It's more like Senju's = large chakra. Uzumaki's = vitality

And Naruto had big chakra reserves without Kurama's chakra. I don't remember the line but Kakashi said he had some multiple of his own chakra when he was a kid and 100 times if he undid the seal.

It was never said Ashura had mokuton. So far it's only a unique ability to Hashirama.
If outer path can only be used with gedo Mazo then how was Sasuke able to use outer path threw PS? Also gedo Mazo is nothing unless it have the tailed beasts chakra inside of it. Even then Uzumaki's aren't known for their reserves but vitality.
