Both Sarada and Boruto are Uzumaki so that means both of them have high chakra and high vitality. There is something Sarada has over Boruto, Boruto didn't get anything from being a Hyuga like Byakugan, while Sarada has sharingan.

To make it simple

Boruto and her sister = Uzumaki chakra only
Sarada = Uzumaki chakra along with Sharingan

Lets hope that Boruto and Himawari gains something from being a Hyuga otherwise that be too bad.

For now Sarada should in theory have both strong body and strong eyes.

Suigetsu did a DNA test on Sarada, it confirms that Sarada is Sasuke and Karin daughter.

@UnknownJin there is no prove that Sakura is Sarada biological mother, however there is prove that Karin is Sarada biological mother.
