Who will win this fight?

Naruto Sage mode
Vs
Kabuto Sage mode​

Still we dont know the full power of either sage mode, yet lets speculate...

I would say Kabuto since he has Team Taka's Powers Aswell.

He was also able to avoid Sasuke's Susanoo arrow.

^ Kabuto's sage mode has tactical advantage against Toad sage mode, I would say. For example, if Naruto summons frogs, Kabuto will summon Snakes like Manda v2.
Yet Naruto has rasenshuriken, which will tear down kabuto to his cells, if he got hit..

I think that Toad sage mode may be stronger than Dragon sage mode although we don't have enough information to accurately give a logical assumption. So far we have only seen Naruto fight once in Sage Mode during his fight with Nagato and his paths of pain. Even then I don't think that we had seen the true potential of toad SM since he Naruto couldn't fuse with ma and pa. But it should be an epic battle if the two sages are to clash.

im not sure whats happening atm... so kabutos a dragon-sage? but how? and why the hell is naruto not a dragon sage?
to be honest, my english isnt the best, so i had some problems in terms of understanding what kabuto told saske and itachi..
could someone explain it to me?

id say naruto would win...

See everyone keeps forgetting Naruto as a genin Defeated Kabuto, so on the basis of that naruto has the tacticle genius to defeat him, now the sage mode of kabuto dragon?? really?? really?? this leaves all the arguement why didnt orochimaru learn it?? did he realise he couldnt defeat jiraiya in frog sage mode? he had the time to learn why didnt he.

Snakes and Dragons are entirely different creatures. I think Kabuto said it as a metaphor that he is stronger by telling that he will become a dragon sage....

We heard from Sasuke that the snakes could sense them from their body heat and smell so we can assume that's how Kabuto's sensory ability will work like to. Also after gaining the abilities from Taka Kabuto can reform his body if he's damaged like Suigetsu (sp?), has an increased recovery rate than before from Karin's ability. Wait how powerful is Kabuto's healing rate? Regular Kabuto could self heal without hand signs before, then got Orochimaru white snake healing ability (Sasuke stated the white snake power healed him faster when he had orochimaru surpressed inside him), Karin's healing ability plus what ever his Sage Mode does.
