I have no clue why people would think this to be credible. Is it possible? Anything is, but is it probable? Ofcourse not.
The reason half of Obito's body is a different pattern than the other half is because before becoming the Jinchuriki half of his body was a different pattern. And said half was Senju DNA. This is more than likely the cause for half his body being a different pattern and makes alot more sense than him secretly badly for mental power with the Juubi... Not to mention that one of his eyes are the Sharingan and one of his eyes is the Rinnegan because before he was jinchuriki ONE of his eyes WAS the sharingan and one was the Rinnegan... This is all nothing knew that were a part of him prior to being the jinchuriki, so how do they have significance now? How can something that was around prior to the fact suddenly gain some mystic after the fact when the 2 are clearly unrelated x__X
He restated his name "Obito" while looking confused, therefore? He is battling with the Juubi and has lost himself to it? The dots you are connecting are non existant, I will give you that Obito could have lost himself to the Juubi, the Juubi is really strong and we have seen Bijuu attempt to take over Jinchuriki's bodies in the past so I believe the same could have happened with Obito... But the leap that is made when you use that instance to say that the SO6P and the Juubi are really 2 personallities of a bi-polar Godlike Tailed beasts and there battle really signifies one mindstate winning over another is... far fetched to say the least.
This is going to come off like I am bashing the thread, and I kind am, but I am just trying to be blunt. The idea is nice and there is alot of truth the what you said in the thread, but the leap you make from the small things you point out (like the fact that as we all know the Juubi never made it to its final form, or the fact that Obtio seemed confused about his name, or the fact that he has the Sages markings on his back) to the outrageous idea that the Juubi and Sage are 2 halves of the same coin, is weird. Dont get me wrong its a cool idea, but I guess I would just like to see alot more thought and hard evidence put behind it in order for me to even humor the idea.

Things you could add
- More Evidence, there are tons of scans of the Sage, the Juubi and them together, you could rely on them to help prove your point.
- Explain the well known Scan where it actually depicts the Sage and Juubi about the fight, with him raising his staff.
- Explain the Juubi's body being in the moon? I mean there is a Juubi body in the Moon (Gedo Mazou) which was put there by the Sage, which means that at a point in time the Sage and the Juubi were 2 different physical entities. Did after the Sage win his battle with the Juubi then create another body and put that in the moon?
- Explain the occurance of the Sharingan, if the Sage and Juubi are the same then there chakras are too, so where did the Sharingan come from?
