he could obtain it, I mean there's plenty to go around and since hes's heir to the hyuga throne as well, I'm sure he can get some from fallen hyugas. He could also jut take the byakugan from Hinata or Hanabi (she's already got experience anyways)

His blue eyes are possibly another form of byakugan or perhaps that trailer that was shown wasn't occurred in that very moments...
