I don't think they going to fight.Kishi is always different minded remember we all thought itachi was serial murderer but he turns him to be hero after their fight.Maybe itachi can have his chance to convince sasuke its rare chance i know its only an opinion of mine

The naruto vs sasuke fight has to happen. And that means sasuke remains bad guy till the fight implying itachi pep talk fail. Secondly Sasuke will fight Kabuto. And that cant happen if kabuto is sealed away in god knows where.

I think sasuke seals itachi, then decides to after Kabuto first
