I think Sasuke will want to talk to Itachi but from the look of things, Itachi doesn't care about Sasuke at the moment. I'm pretty sure Itachi has noticed him too.

Itachi will probably just zip past him and Sasuke will head over to where Naruto is to ask some questions ...

Then once he finds out his brother has been revived from the dead, he will go ape shit (maybe even side with Naruto one last time) and take out Tobi/Madara ... Too crazy?

I am not sure they will fight, but should be interesting to see what happens. I think Itachi will reveal alot of secrets that will help to sway Sasukes hatred and douchebaggery...can't wait to see what happens.

Yeah no fight. Maybe a brief exchange as sasuke has to get him to stop first but then there will be some emotional story Itachi mind rapes Sasuke again and then disappears like some of the other Edos. Sasuke becomes more conflicted but remains evil and won't snap out of this evil till its to late if at all.

I hope Sasuke kills Kabuto it would be funny if he kills both, Oro and Kabuto- I want your eyes I want your eyes - and sasuke went MC Hammer on them both.

Er duh he was suprised. Wouldn't anyone be when you're expecting Itachi to be dead? Unless Orochimaru demonstrated Edo Tensei to Sasuke randomly I don't think he'd ever expect Itachi to ever be used that way.
