About this pic we saw in spoiler for the chapter 459 spoiler..
i think what we see here is that ao with the eyepatch is a weilder of a transplanted byakugan.
the one we see in that pic is not izuna ( base from someone in Spoiler Post ) for it is Shisui Uchiha.

in the spoiler thread..it is said that ao has sense the flow of danzous chakra in the right arm part and eye part of his body..which is the same flow of the opponent he faced before which is Shisui Uchiha.

you see the only thing bugging me right now is that..a person whos bloodline comes from the hyuuga clan like neji or hinata..you know when a hyuuga dies..the seal on their head..Its main purpose is to seal their Byakugan when they die..and ao got his byakugan and its not deactivated..does that mean that the one whom he got it from is still alive?? i dont really know ^_^

Now for my predictions..

1. Connection about danzo and shisui..i really think that maybe right part of danzo and his transplanted sharingan is from shisui uchiha..something did happen in the night where itachi has been accused of killing shisui.well of course things can happen like maybe itachi did killed shisui and after investigating the case by uchiha forces..maybe the body of shisui was being send to the anbu which is the faction parts are being controlled by danzo..maybe orochimaru was the one who transplanted all of it to danzo.

2. i really have a great feeling that shisui uchiha is alive..there is more to this character i dont really think that kishimoto will leave this character as is..more has yet to be known from this guy..

3.connection of tobi and shisui..yeah i said it..and just for myself i really believe that tobi is shisui..i really have a great feeling about this but im not saying that this is true.

4.zetsu in someway is powerful. maybe we see some of his jutsu in the next chapters.

5. mifune is not tobi ^_^

my prediction is the they will be a Great War, the only way we going see the strengh of the new character...

I wonder if there is a connection between the conflict with the hyuuga's and Kumogakure (Village of Raikage) and the Byukagan eye that bodyguard has. I got a feeling Hinata and Neji wil get some mangatime soon.

You guys seem to be mistaken about how the byakugan gets sealed after death...The only way that a byakugan can get sealed is if the branch member is killed BY the curse seal that's on their heads...thats why Neji's father went in Hinata's fathers place...by killing him with the curse seal, they meet the requirement of the body of Hinata's dad (lookalike) and due to the way he was killed they sealed up the byakugan...if when any Hyuga was killed the byakugan got sealed, Neji's father wouldn't have taken his brothers place. So Ao could have gotten the byakugan from any one of the Hyuga's by simply beating them in a battle.

This seal is given to all branch house members in the Hyuga clan by members of the main house. Its main purpose is to seal their Byakugan ability when they die, preventing an enemy from learning its secrets. Its secondary purpose is to control the branch house, since it can be activated at will by a main house member with a hand seal that only they know about, to destroy the wearer's brain cells.

The seal is placed on the wearer's forehead when the next member of the main house turns three years old, (Neji Hyuga received his at the age of four on Hinata's third birthday), and is only removed upon their death. Branch house members keep their foreheads covered because of the seal.

Because of the seal's resemblance to a swastika, it is replaced with an X in the anime version of the series. It receives the same treatment in Viz's monthly distribution of the English manga, but the original design is retained in Viz's volume compilations.

the seal dont kill them..its a seal that automatically deactivates byakugan after death

in chapter 105, page 13 it only says once he dies the byakugan will be sealed...but he is killed by the seal...so it is not possible to actually come to a conclusion whether its just any death or the seal that sealed it up...to me it makes more sense that using the seal on them seals it...but i could be wrong...

I admit i could have been wrong...but wikia is just someone interpreting the manga their way...it has been wrong before...but again...i admit that i could have been wrong, but i have just as much chance to be correct...it just depends on the interpretation of that one phrase.
