Naruto is still faster overall but he might be equal to BSM Naruto's speed.

You should probably watch the scene again, both Naruto/Sasuke start running. Naruto is ahead, Sasuke catches up after a period of time, and then he uses the Body Flicker to Blitz the enemy.

No, you're incorrect. Foot-speed, they are about the same.
Shunshin speed is incomparable (Naruto > Sasuke)
Teleporting speed is incomporable (Sasuke > Naruto)
The manga does. Naruto's Shunshin speed has been better than Sasuke's since KCM.

Naruto was gifted with body, and physical traits(Speed, Power, Resistance),
but Sasuke has gotten eyes, and spiritual traits(Genjustu & Ninjustu).

Shunshin is included in footspeed, that category Naruto is faster. Add Sasuke's S/T, and he's faster overall.
You're forgetting reaction speed which Naruto bests him in. Overall, Naruto is the faster.
Honestly these movie feats are a bit hard to collect since Naruto was drained of the Kyuubi and could barely move not too long ago, I would advise to wait for the movie so we know what type of restrictions are placed on both Naruto/Sasuke.
You need to watch it again. Sasuke caught up to Naruto and then took it up another level and blitzed.
