You're forgetting reaction speed which Naruto bests him in. Overall, Naruto is the faster.

Honestly these movie feats are a bit hard to collect since Naruto was drained of the Kyuubi and could barely move not too long ago, I would advise to wait for the movie so we know what type of restrictions are placed on both Naruto/Sasuke.
