Ugh please stop quoting me, Baka. Team Sand got development in Chapter 10, Kishimoto didn't include this, Ikemoto and co did.
Sarada was showcasing new shuriken jutsu feats in Chapter 12/13, and beat a few rogue bandits. Mitsuki is looking shabby compared to them two, but he had enough screen time in the Anime to which he showcased 3 new elemental ninjutsu. Plus he has Sage Mode. Mitsuki can gtfo.
Team Shikidai also had more screen time in this version via Movie, and they were shown two chapters ago.
Granted NDS is stupid so I'll let it slide. 123filler included
Anime hasn't given screen time to anyone else other than Team Konohamaru members for the past 10 episodes
Naruto using that arm makes sense because sometimes there's a prioirty . Naruto wants to protect his village but to do that he must absorb Jutsus from Otsutsukis. So i don't understand why people are pissed . Boruto's cheat is different
Naruto as per today chapter, whether good or bad is opinionated. Sasuke's role in the story was explained last chapter, aka the Sasukage. AKA basically the author explained that Sasuke's role entitles in the Underworld. Kara is next.
People missed this but Team Shinki and Team Moegi got extra development before the Mujina Arc started. Mujina Arc Tentou was developed. In regards to Team Konohamaru, Boruto has shown to have a training mindset, Sarada has been improving her shuriken jutsu skills as well.
Mitsuki is really the only standstill character so far, but the Anime already made him OP. Ending of this chapter indicates that Konohamaru is fighting the Kara.

Boruto's manga is terrible at giving all the characters some love....TERRIBLE.

Sarada training in something she's been using threw the whole series i wouldn't call development girl haven't shown anything aside from shuriken and Sharingan.
Anime made Mitsuki OP agreed but in the manga just like Sarada only using shuriken Mitsuki only use his gomu gomu no mi every time.
Naruto just now got development but Boruto by far more than the entire cast.
