You sure have alot of questions lol. :| This jutsu is done on a water source, so most likely it will be hard to see or not viewable at all if your above the water. If your within the water then you should be able to see them obviously.

You need to slash a body of water creating a pillar of water to erupt and launch the enemy into the air and then release 5 sharks that attack him and possibly devouring him before the one attacking him implodes sending the enemy into the air. Then the remaining sharks surround the opponent and force him underwater where they implode as well.
