Slap your hands together and channel your water chakra into the air around you causing water to materialize out of the air. Then direct it towards that tree over there.

*I concentrate my water chakra in my hands, then I slap them together, with this, air moisture compacts together making drops of water, I keep adding more chakra and it creates much more water from the air. After getting a considerable amount of water, I send the water to the tree you pointed*

Good, now you would use this technique to escape which you havent learned yet.. By releasing your chakra into the water using that technique it disrupts the opponents chakra flow into the orb

This would protect you from physical attacks suck as taijutsu (punches, kicks, regular weapons)

Substitution meaning your substituting your regular form for your current liquefied state. Its not like a normal substitution jutsu .


Good, now here's the tough part: reforming.

This requires you to focus all of your chakra within your body, and sort of reassemble it so that you go back into a human form. I can't really describe how to do this any other way then just telling you to re-stabilize yourself. You have to do this in one, quick movement though. It's not a gradual process. You should go from being completely water to completely human within a moment.

Your form becomes liquefied you dont become a puddle, and Suigetsu has his own jutsu. And that second question, dont you think thats common sense that raiton would affect you if you are water?
