There is alot of news regarding Spiderman movies in the upcoming future.
Here is some of the information.

1st. The Amazing Spider Man 3 movie will be delayed until 2018 so the new Sinister 6 movie can come out in 2016.
2nd. There will be a female spiderman movie in 2017. People are speculating it to be one of the female characters in the Marvel Universe.
3rd. There will be another movie called "Venom-Carnage" coming out in 2017, implying that carnage will be in this movie. (Spider-Man will most likely not be included in this movie.)
4th. The "Amazing Spider Man 3" movie will probably be a reboot to the series or they will reboot the character.

I dont think they would reboot so soon. Andrew Garfield isnt bad. They should at least end with a trilogy. I would like to see if they can build a spiderman universe like marvel did with the avengers.
