By feats, Zoro is greater than Smoker, Sanji is roughly equal to Smoker, and Crocodile is much weaker than all of them. Shiliew is way too low since he is a Yonko FM.

Zoro has far more time to show feats however...Zoro has yet to beat an opponent stronger than the one's Smoker has battled. By feats however I suppose he has a greater area of attack but I wouldn't put him a whole tier above. Smoker has greater feats than Sanji so I'd say he was a little above Sanji not a tier above but a little bit.

Crocodile...I suppose you could be right however his Marineford appearance was impressive to say the least.

For you people saying that the listing is wrong just read the first damn thing I said. The list is not a comparison of strength or a ranking of strongest to weakest. The point of it is to show who is able to compete with who in a one on one match.

Most of you people are just showing ignorance on the subject matter for the sake of disagreement.

Of course each tier is stronger than the next sure but the characters inside the tiers are not placed in order according to strength. Think of them as 'roughly equal'.

As for Enel, I do think he will be on that level when he returns but obviously Luffy will be in a higher tier by that time. Goddamn.

Some of these characters aren't tiers apart though, and G4 Luffy can compete with the people you put above him, he even has better stats than the people you put above him, he would probably only lose due to the time limit. And law can compete with Luffy yet their a whole damn tier apart.
