Setting: The Middle of a Forest
Maho: SENSEI!
Maho ran up to Sensei, their feet enfused with magic so they ran at the same rate.
Maho: How much farther!?!?
Sensei: Much!
Narrator: As the Spellcasters ran through the forest, the Samurai were also trying to escape the forces of nature.
?: Take this.
The one Samurai handed his friend a small, smooth, black stone.
??: Thanks.
Clenching the stone in his hand, the broken pieces of his sword repaired themselves and flew through the air to the running Samurai.
??: Now let's get those dirty b@$t@rds!
?: Let's...
The two Samurai disappeared with amazing speed, rivaling the magic-enhanced body-flicker spell.
Maho and Sensei ran, roots, grass, branches, leaves, and all things like that trying to kill them with every step.
Maho: Ummm... Sensei...
Sensei: Yeah, Maho?
Maho: There's an item holding magic comming towards us at high speeds...
Sensei pressed his palms together and felt a small object carrying magic whipping through the forest at extrememly high speeds.
Sensei: D@mn it! They're comming!
Sensei veered to the right quickly, and Maho nearly lost him. After following Sensei behind a tree, keeping nature at bay with their own magic, they watched the two Samurai fly by as a dark blur.
Sensei: There, we should've-
Two swords came from behind the Spellcasters, one sword at each of their necks.
??: We're not that stupid. You must know that Samurai can track a target for miles, no matter their speed.
Sensei: You have a magic stone; you used that to track us.
? + ??: .....
?: But the tracking thing's true too.
Beast (To Maho): Maho...
Setting: The Reccesses of Maho's Mind
Maho: What do you want?
The cage holding the Beast loomed over Maho, the brilliant blue scales dulled by the lack of light.
Beast: I can help.
Maho: Oh, yeah. You really 'helped' Sensei last time I let you out!
Beast: LISTEN TO ME!!
Maho leapt back in fear, the cage no farther away when he landed from when he jumped.
Beast: I've been locked away in the crystal, with NO means of escape, for years. You don't know what it's like to be trapped in this cage for eternities at a time!
Maho: I've been trapped enough, Beast!
Beast: Listen! I want to see the outside world, and you need my power-
Maho: I don't need your power. Sensei and I can handle the Samurai just fine on our own!
Beast: You don't know the full power of Samurai... If they've decided to come after you, even knowing that you're a Spellcaster, then they must have completed their training. A Samurai of that caliber can take down an army of twenty Spellcasters single-handedly. It takes a Dark Spellcaster, a decendant of the Great One, or a Capsule to defeat power Samurai. These are either powerful, or boneheaded Samurai.
Maho: I don't believe you...
Beast: Your Sensei may be incredably powerful, and incredably powerful Spellcasters can put up a fight against powerful Samurai if they're amazing strategists, but that's when it's an equal fight; one on one, two on two, ect. You need my powers if you and your Sensei are to get out alive...
Maho: .....
Maho returned his attention fully to the real world, to where the Samurai were leading Sensei and Maho away, through the forest, Sensei exerting magic to keep nature at bay.
Sensei: I thought you wanted to kill me.
?: Boss prefers you alive...
Sensei: Who is your boss?
??: We're not at liberty to say.
Maho leaned slightly closer to Sensei.
Maho (Whispers to Sensei): Why aren't we fighting back?
Sensei (To Maho): They had us at sword-point, and then they used their Magic Stone to seal our magic before I had a chance to impliment my plan.
Sensei paused.
Sensei (To Maho): You were talking to the Beast, weren't you? That's why you don't know...
Maho (To Sensei): Yes.
Sensei (To Maho): Maho, you can't use your regular magic, and neither can I. These guys are bent on selling me to someone, and then killing you. I don't even know why you're still alive... I think you need to use the Beast.
Maho (To Sensei): Funny,
The blue diamond appeared on Maho's forehead.
Maho (To Sensei): That's exactly what he said.
The seal burst, revealing the script and Maho's blue hair. As the seal burst, it released a great force, pushing back the Samurai and Sensei.
??: What the h3ll?
?: I thought we sealed away all of his magic!
??: We did...
Beast: Not all of it....
??: What was tha-
Maho's right arm became covered in a brilliant blue magic shroud that looked like the Blue Beast's claw. He extended his arm towards the Samurai, sending the claw towards them, with the upper arm extending so the claw was still attatched to Maho. The claw tore through the Samurai's armor like paper.
Sensei (Maho's Memory): Listen carefully, Maho.
Maho (Maho's Memory): Alright, Sensei!
Sensei (Maho's Memory): With the Blue Beast, your physical attacks are much stronger, and your pure magic physical attacks even moreso.
Maho (Maho's Memory): I see.
Sensei (Maho's Memory): But the Blue Beast is especially skilled in ranged attacks, allowing you to fight from long distances; you can use spells from over twice as far away as normal.
Maho (Maho's Memory): So my fireball will go twice as far?
Sensei (Maho's Memory): Actually, the weaker the spell, the more enhanced the Beast makes it, so a regular fireball could easily go three times as far, and be as powerful as a massive fireball.
Maho (Maho's Memory): Wow...
Sensei (Maho's Memory): The more powerful the original spell, the shorter additional range will be added, and less extra power as well.
Maho (Maho's Memory): Why?
Sensei (Maho's Memory): The Beast likes surprising his enemy; he's a strategist. By making weaker spells very powerful, his enemy won't see it comming, and by not making stronger spells much more powerful, he tricks his opponent into thinking that he's either wearing down, or that he can't advance spells very well.
Maho (Maho's Memory): I see...
Maho (To Beast): Alright, Beast. We're going to take these guys down, and we're going to do it NOW!
Beast (To Maho) There we go...
Maho drew in a deep breath, and exhaled a massive breath of blue flames, engulfing the Samurai and Maho's field of vision.
Maho (To Beast): What happened to Samurai's being incredably powerful and formidable foes?
Just then, the flames spiraled into a large vortex, surrounding the Samurai, but not burning them. The flames disappaited, and the black stone the Samurai held seems to be a lighter shade than before.
Beast (To Maho) They're even tougher b@$t@rds when they have items filled with magic.
Maho's magic engulfed arm turned into an arm of the Beast.
Sensei (Thinking): A partial transformation? How could he control the Beast so well so soon?
Maho ran at the Samurai, and went to lung the claws into their throats, but instead whipped around, smashing them with his magic tail, shaped like the Beasts. After the Samurai went flying, Maho's Beast arm returned to magic, and the Beasts blue magic surrounded him completely.
Maho (Beasts Voice Overlay (can also be heard): LEAVE!
Maho clenched his fist, his magic knuckles flexing, ready to extend and destroy them.
Maho (BVO): Or die....
Maho crouched down and sped towards the Samurai, giving them almost no time to react; but this was still enough for a Samurai. The two got off of the ground and disappeared with great speed in an instant, and instant later, Maho crashing into the ground they were just standing on, leaving a crater.
Maho stood straight up, and the magic receeded into the script across his forehead, and then back into the diamond, finally disappearing with his great control, and the Beast not trying to escape also made it easier.
Sensei: Maho, that was... Amazing! you demonstrated great control over the Beast!
Maho: Thank you, Sensei. Once we work together, we're unstoppable!
Beast (To Maho): That was exhilarating, kid! You're fun to fight alongside; maybe this'll work after all...
Maho (To Beast): Thanks, Beast. If we can work together as well as we just did all the time, maybe you can come out more.
Sensei (Thinking): How could he have such fine control over the Beast when just yesterday it tried to take over his body for ever, and tried to kill me? Something's not right here....
Inside the cage that housed the Beast, he grinned.
Beast (Thinking): He's falling for it...
Setting: A Mysterious, Dark Room
???: Is it done? Is he here?
?: You didn't tell us he was a Spellcaster!
???: I thought two Samurai could take care of a Spellcaster.
??: Not when the kid's a Spellcaster, too.
???: Kid?
?: Yeah, there was a kid with him; I think he was a Capsule.
???: Kid...? Capsule...?
Demon (To ???): Boss, do you think-?
???: WHAT CRYSTAL!?!?!?!?!?!?
??: We don't-
Black flames engulfed the Samurai, and he burned to death. Then the man in black armor, nearly blending into the room, turned to the other Samurai.
???: Now, what color was the Capsule's magic?
?: B-b-b-bl-bl-blue.
???: I see....
?: Y-y-your not gunna b-b-burn me, are you?
???: Now why would I do that...?
The burnt Samurai's sword lifted into the air from it's sheath, along with the living Samurai's sword.
?: I can get him for you! Just give me another chance!!
???: I've given enough away to chance...
The swords positioned themselves at the front and the back of the Samurai's neck.
?: Please, don't do this.
???: I'm sorry, but you have failed me. I've already promised not to burn you, and at least you're going to recieve a death worthy of a Samurai.
?: No, DON-!
The two swords came together, one slightly under the other, taking off the Samurai's head. As the two swords slid by each other, they were so close, it created a spark, fed by magic, which engulfed the decapitated body of the Samurai in black flames.
???: I said I wouldn't burn you... But since when am I a man of my word?
Demon (To ???): The kid has the crystal. Is this a problem?
???: Of course not, my Red Demon. All that this means is that there's one less step in my plan...
Demon (To ???): But what if this kid can-
???: Don't even speak of it! No let us away; we can't be found by these ashes.
Demon (To ???): You burnt them with your signature black flames. If they find it, they'll know it was you.
A strong wind came down and pushed the ashes into the air, spreading them to the outdoors and throughout the surrounding forest.
???: Not any more... Now let's go.
Maho: SENSEI!
Maho ran up to Sensei, their feet enfused with magic so they ran at the same rate.
