Sakura's gotten faster in 632 chapter is because her "byakugō."
If Base Sakura isnt using Byakugo, her base speed is far slow than Base Sasuke and Base narutos' base speed.

Sakura will jump off the cliff, become faster than anyone; then would it count?
One time charging boost does not mean anything...learn what speed means; as far as i concern; a pole jumper is not considered faster than a runner.

If so onnoki/muu should be the fastest mofo's in the manga cuz they can jump the highest/fly. But alas that isn't the case.

Even when you run, you use your feat to push your body forward. This is the normal basics of running. And you use that same foot power to jump high.

Since we are using real world psychics(ur the one insisting it) In order for an object to fly it has to obtain a certain speed same goes for jumping. So ACCORDING TO YOU Onnoki cm sasuke and muu are the fastest in the manga since they have obtained the required speed to fly on their own. Sakura who can only jump high can never obtain a speed fast enough to achieve flight.
