But naruto is one of the fastest characters in the manga (not his base speed)

So is sasuke .

Base speed, and burst.... are the key words. Sasuke even in curse mark mode has never shown Sakura's recent feat...

His lee speed sure I got that.. but does he still have it? apparently not.

I'm pretty sure the main character AND a uchiha fast enough to get around Gaara's ultimate defence are faster than Sakura.

She has strength, maybe she just focuses chakra into her feet and jumped, anyone can do it.

According to KingHashirama, actual speed feats mean nothing. In the end it matters how high you jump, in order to measure speed. <(-.-<) Logic !
