A's raiton v1 is wasy faster than minato's base speed.
ALSO ftg v2 isnt more speed its teleporting with a rasengan......cause i dont think he could make instant teleportation even faster.
You have to remember A's raiton armor comes with more perks than just speed. It gives thge user almost unpenertrable defense and super strength.

Actually A v1 = minato's base speed. Believe me i wouldnt say this if i wasnt sure.

Also ftg v2 is what allowed him to hit tobi the second time round. Its not teleportation with a rasengan xd

Lol no they're not. In V2 his base speed is faster than Minato's, but his reflexes aren't. Their reflexes seem around equal.

Now it said the same thing i read in the English databook
In this page it never stated that it uses charka plus it said it is similar to summon..meaning it is almost the same with summons
it's the same case with the shadow & clone justu which is similar but not the same...Except it said it is the same with summons then i can agree with u right now u have nothing saying that FTG uses chakra on minatoU_U
And besides it's not the same page u showed before,if that page is in the manga could u tell me the page number
