4..Shisui Uchiha =He had earned the nickname of "Shisui of the Body Flicker", possibly implying that he had great mastery of the Body Flicker Technique.
5.8 Gates=no information on this relating to speed have be said in the databook so i can't put it in it's right position since the speed have not be given a level..But it is clear that with the 7 gate the user can a least keep up with any of the 4 above.....
