speed in naruto

Well the fastest character in naruto is a highly debated topic so here is my analysis on the subject . I will start with characters that use speed as the bases for their fighting style: they are mighty guy, minato ,A,lee, haku. All this characters has their strong and weak side. Both if I where to grade them all on their reflex and durability(how long they can keep that speed up) then the fastest ever ninja in naruto would be 1st minato
then A riakage V2This is because the riakage is limited to forward and backward movement while minato teleportation has little limits
3rd is naruto(yes he might be physically the fastest but he poorly and rarely uses his massive speed in battle)
4th mighty guy (his drawbacks far out weighs his advantages with the gates and can not keep his speed for long drag on battles)
. . But on the general speed topic on alive ninjas its 1 naruto(bijuu mode) 2 raikage(v2) 3 mightyguy(seven gate) 4 kakashi(bodyfliker) 5 killer bee (chakra shroud). 6 gaara (sand shield) 7 sasuke(sunnanoo attacks) 8 lee(without weights and gates 9 itachi(hand seals) 10 zetsus (moving through trees and ground technique)forgot the name. Imo this are the fastest 1-10 characters in naruto alive .

Minato's teleportation is faster than Tobi's. Tobi's teleportation is superior due to him not needing seals to use it. Tobi takes a few seconds before he teleports while Minato's is instant. We have no idea how Tobirama's works so that's why I didn't include him in my list.

ah but a race from Konoha to sand village (assuming minato has his seal or kunai in the sand village)

Minato arrives first,
Then tobi

We know tobirama had a trasportaion s/t jutsu.. since that is what minato was comparing that day...

tobi's , his and tobiramas..

We also know that it uses seals.. since kakashi said tobi's is the only one that doesn't..

so it would follow the same principle, seal - transport... though we don't know how it is, he should also finish the race faster than the people who have to run..

Minato is the fastest ever. Nothing is faster than teleporting. His FTG is faster than Tobis s/t and faster than tobiramas.
