There has been a speculation over the Japanese release. Some people are suspecting that the reason Japan is getting the game till April is because cc2 still have some things to edit and add. i.e the Kages and gin and kin etc.

BTW, the Edo Kages have all the moves and so, why aren't they ont he game I wonder...

Nope every time a Naruto game gets released they switch it up. Japan got Generations first now were getting Storm 3 first.
