well i was watchin shippuuden episode 55 and kakashi talks about the special elements and he says that those are bloodline limit and only certain clans can perform them....watch that episode and he talks about???someone probably already said this but thought i would throw it out there.....

Ya that's true; a lot of the special elements are blood traits, like how only yamato and the 1st can use wood

yea but yamato only got that way cause of orochimaro cause he made clones with the firsts dna and yamato was the only one to survive...so yea i dont think he really count ya know
