um idkwhat Pein's "6th element" is but i hope its something that will help him out. But anyways, from what i have seen and read on Naruto, any ninja can use a jutsu as longa s they want to, i think. Kakashi is a good example. He uses everything. Sasuke use two elements, Naruto uses only one, but could do more if he wanted...i guess. Its just how you want to develop your cahracter is will tell how your character will perform in battle.
