dude hes a jonin (500 posts) by peins rules but now that ive checked ur right if he goes by madara's rules.
he needs one thousand to b a jonin in madara's rules.
and even if u do use sharingan to copy those jutsu, kakuzu, u have to be at the proper ninja rank to use those elements.

i use mizu kawarimi to blend with the water of the prison and escape
i then use
(Raiton:Gian)-Lightning Style:False Darkness
Damage Points:80
Descripton:i fire Two powerful lightnung blasts at u after i escaped the prison and am still close to u (they shock u all over ur body)

and then i use
(Raiton:Rairyuu No Tatsumaki)-Lightning Style:Lightning Dragon Tornado
Damage Points:60(+10 for a strike that hits opponent if the attack misses for a total of 2 strikes)
Descripton: Lightning that covers the user and spun around there body till its shape like a dragon of wind and lightning which doesnt need to hit the opponent directly to cause damage.If it misses a bolt can leap from it and strike the opponent on the users order to shock u again even harder.

well....uh....atm its madara so i guess its him....but pein's rules are used in some battles...madara's are just preferred.
so atm we just use madara's rules for battles, since pein doesnt come on that much anymore.
but i really dont know.
thats y i ask what rules do we follow for each battle that im in since i know both.
