yea yours was pretty cool...
but.... there were a few things... like... your 2 elements...
i think you can only have 1 at the point you are now...
and the specifics... like taking one of itachi's eyes... i think theres someone with the bio of Itachi on here.... so i doubt that would work out...
and it kind of interferes too much with the actual story of naruto...
IDK yet... i mean its looking pretty grim for Neutrino...

Sorry I'm too lazy to read past fights.
*as the first kunai explodes I notice it and on instinct I jump away from it and the other kunai and go high into the air allowing me to escape most of the blast, and I am going backwards and high in the air I do a backflip and notice samahada going under me allowing me to dodge it, cause it was flying towards the me when I was on the ground and I land back.*
*I drop the strings as I was jumping back*
*the blast from the kunai all the other kunai go boom which cause the roof to begin falling, and I jump out of a window as you are suffering the effects of having a roof collapse on you*
wow that was close, I could have been killed.
*jumps back a bit from the building*

umm... when you deflected the flower kunai on your last turn as they got closse to your sword they exlpoded so you cant see becoz of smoke and then more explosions so more smoke and then when you cant see a darn thing the samehada stabbed you. So no INSTINCT!!!

I didn't even know about samahada flying backwards untill I saw it. The moment the thing started exploding I jumped back and into the air, that was luck that the sword flew under me. Instinct is sort of instant reaction I could say it was skill aswell as instinct. also my sword isn't like 4-5 feet and my arm is extended so the explosion wasn't that close to me. it doesn't matter whether I see or not. if the kunai didn't explode the sword probably would have hit me. In an attempt to avoid the explosion I ended up avoiding the sword aswell.

oh but it just moves back to you, it doesn't follow me, you can only call it back to yourself(this is what was shown in the manga anyways) and I was doing a back flip and moving in the opposite of it so I could say I saw it as I was doing a back flip and hit it away from me.
kay i call it back so even if you can dodge it,

the bolded could technically be classified as special abilities for your weapons which would be the ability to make it move in the first place so technically I could like say that moving the sword can be classified as a special ability and make the move void anyways
uh uh just cause the weapon can do something does not make it a special ability. A special ability is a kekken genkai or a ninja art. Going by ur method even exploding kunais seem SPecial isnce they hav the ability to explode.
