People dont just go into the battle arena and use random jutsu... they get trained in them.....

theres a thread called bio template...
copy the format there
and you make up a character... Make a new thread in that section...

if you want to use samehada you have to write that in your bio
there are rules to # of elements you can have and Rank of jutsu based on your # of posts......

No channeling chakra into weapons to make them stronger

No special abilities

chakra controll into your feet so you climb walls etc is allowed.
