If someone is killed it will not count as an actual kill it will just mean that they defeated that person meaning that it will not harm their bio.

You said it was a one element spar I chose one element Fuuton but nowhere does it say I can't use advanced Ninjutsu that is the mind of a Shinobi bend the rules to your advantage

you did the rasengan before you used the shadow clone jutsu so you got hit/trapt by the lid before you were able to dry up the swamp which btw a rasengan wouldn't be able to dry up the entire swamp but just enough to where it wouldn't kill you.
