*(i would be difficult) when you step back, i lung at you like before( with my left hand this time) leaving my right had free. if you side step i 90 degree spin on my toe tips, which makes me turn to chop your head off. if you block and slide Mikomi up to my neck, i would be forced to throw the katana in my right hand to impale your heart (this is due to Mikomi's length, which seems to be his advantage).
sorry for the late reply..i had to run an errand for my stepmom xd
xd No problem. I got sorta sidetracked playing Zero.
Nice job making reactions to my counters.
*As you lunge at me, I again step back, far enough so that you can't hit me, but not so far as that Mikomi is out of range of our blade.
Using Mikomi's upper portion, I knock your left blade to the side. I sidestep to the left with this movement, keeping Mikomi against your blade.
If your blade leaves my own so you can go into the spin, I simply move Mikomi (which is held vertically since I sidestep to keep it pinned against your blade) to my right side, stopping your blade against Mikomi's own. Having your own blade held against Mikomi, I take advantage of it's cruciform shape, and use the handguard to help - I slide Mikomi upward, turning it flat as I do (once all is said and done, the tip would be pointing at you), causing your blade to be stuck between the blade and the guard. With that movement, I thrust Mikomi forward, stopping it short of your throat.
Should you try and reverse your spin, I would simply leap backwards again (putting me out of harm of your right blade), and move Mikomi back over to my left side, help vertically, to guard against your strike.*
