Assakira mission was to track a man named Jack Frost. The florist vendor was not too happy about Jack's mischief. Jack ruined his bussiness for the summer by destroying his flowery field, thus hiring Assakira to settle the matter. "Rough him up a bit," the shabby dealer connive. After gathering intel of chattering in taverns of a character describe as a cheerful man who creates snowy fields that could brighten a towns horrible day, this information and a trail of snow pointed him to a blue-hood figure that land him to a remote island off the coast Nendo Haven...

Assakira utter with pride and confidence of the Hyuuga's powerful great Eye Technique, activating the power of his All Seeing White Eye. The pure white eyes study Jack frost's chakra flow to monitor his chakra for Ninjutsu usage and any underlying body movements for a surprise attack.
"I was hired to kill you..!?" Assakira announce, watching Jack's expression for a reaction while slowly moving his right arm, reaching for his Broadsword on his hip. He unsheathes his weapon at the same time channeling lightning chakra into the blade to increase its cutting power. He dug his feet in the ground while grabbing the weapon, powerfully swinging the blade in a horizontal slash motion, aiming for Jack's belly to spill his guts...

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.
To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.
Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Description: The user channels their lightning chakra into a blade, increasing its vibrating frequency and giving it more cutting power than standard wind techniques.
Jack, being a lover of the water element loved meditating on islands whenever he wasn't having fun. He loved the occasional whistling of the breeze and the sound of water rushing against the particular island he was on.
Almost done with his meditation, Jack sensed someone approaching him, he opened his eyes to see a man stand infront of him, while getting up, the man activated his byakugan. Tsk...interrupting my me time Jack said, while studying the man in front of him, the man spoke again saying something along the lines of being hired to kill Jack. Who would want someone like Jack dead, he always made people happy, he was a guardian, not just any guardian, he was the guardian of fun.
The man rushed at Jack with a sword swing, Jack made one handseal while manipulating his ice chakra, a shield of ice would materialize out of thin air, blocking the man's sword swing before releasing four ice spears from the shield, aimed at the man's chest.

Description: Similar to the original, weaker technique, the Greater Ice technique allows the user to, by making a simple hand seal (Ram) produce walls, pillars, etc of snow or ice. The ice constructs are rather simple in nature but resilient and strong, with the user being able to materialize them anywhere short range (though from that point they can grow up to long range) from him from the moisture in the air. He can, however, use any proportional water source within short-long range of him to produce said constructs. These can also be directed and propelled as projectiles towards targets. In both cases, the size and possible uses are limited only by the users will, chakra and skill. It also allows the user to cool down existing moisture in the high atmosphere to bring down a snow storm, similar to the original technique yet stronger and faster acting. This snow storm will not directly harm anyone but is useful to cover the field in snow rather quickly (2 turns) and to hinder visibility, sense of touch and hearing on anyone caught inside. The user is not immune to these effects though and must spend 15 chakra points per turn to sustain the blizzard, while becoming unable to mold other elements than Water, Wind or Ice.
Jack leaped back and landed on the flowing water(still in mid range). Holding his swords handle with his right hand, Jack pulled the sword out slightly showing part of the blade. The blade shattered into countless Ice shards that begins to float around Jack. Who sent you?

Description: The night kings's blade is a sword said to be owned by the very bringer of winter (Ice ninja). It is said the man sealed his soul and personality into the sword granting the sword a mind of it's own. The sword itself is a 2 feet long katana that when observed looks to be entirely composed of red hued transparent glass when in reality it's just made up of ice with s-rank durability. Reflecting the natural use of the parts of the sword, the sword grants the user an active and passive ability. The blade was forged with ice chakra in the process, cooling the area around the user passively increasing the damage done by ice jutsu by 1 rank/20 damage in power and turning the colour to a reddish hue similar to the color of the sword itself .
The sword grants the user more active and offensive abilities THE MAIN FORM can either be activated by drawing the sword or simply by touching the handle. On activation the blade of the sword would shatter like glass and turn into multiple tiny ice shards which are telepathically linked to the user allowing him to maintain control of the pieces while performing other chakra taxing moves. The shards move fast and are sharp enough to slice cleanly through bone and rock alike. While in this form, the shards carry A rank damage (Ice's strengths and weaknesses apply) and must remain with mid-range of the user (Costs 30 chakra to activate and 5 per turn to maintain) The shards floats around the user within short range and the user through the blade is notified of anything the shards come in contact with.
The shards can passively be reformed back into its sword form where the user can either continue to telepathical manipulate it or simply wield it by hand, if anything happens to the shards before the blade reforms, the user can simply recreate the blade by infusing their Ice chakra into the sword's handle.
Note: Telepathically controlling the sword in its sword form costs 5 chakra per turn
Note: Should the blade be destroyed in blade or shard form, the user can simply lay their hand on the handle to reform the blade at the cost of 30 chakra.
Note: The ice shards can be used as a source for ice techniques that uses dance of a thousand shards as it's source.
As he lunges forward with his body lowered while motioning his blade into a horizontal-slash, his veins bulge outlining his eyes - a trait of the Byakugan...
What his he up to?! Assakira was alert. In a blank expression his vision penetrated Jack's flesh like a microscope, seeing the Chakra Network channeling through his body. He was aware of Jack's hand sign usage and kneading chakra as he was keeping on eye his movements for a counter-attack. However, Jack's fast Jutsu casting cause him to stumble as a solid crystalize structure appeared before his front. This is the Ice Style Kekkei Genkai...!?
In quick thinking, he readjusted his body for balance and using his left hand to channel lightning chakra, creating a massive Chidori. He thrust his palm forward and unleash 120°lighning blast that spreads outwards and onwards towards Jack's front...
