A peculiar fight it was. Dean and his foe were both falling from the sky, at breakneck speeds. It was a still fight though. Without any forethought, Dean screams as he falls.
"HOLY SHIIIIIT, MAN!!!!"
With a single hand seal, Dean releases his Water chakra at four spots around Hashirama, these are all aimed at vitals spots. The chakra in the air materializes into fifty penguins (spread equally at four spots) which rush towards him. These penguins are razor sharp, and would inflict some form of damage, which can be critical.

Hashirama is awakened by a scream as the wind's cold slap strikes his body. He notices someone else falling not far from him. He realizes that is the person screaming. As they fall Hashirama watches the person perform a hand seal as multiple bloblets of water start forming around him. In panic, Hashirama causes a mass of wood in the form of a spiraling to protrude from him, engulfing him like a cocoon as the water hits the woods surface.

After completing that, in blazing speed, Hashirama forms four hand seals and focuses chakra into his arm causing it to turn into multiple, massive pillars of wood which break his cocoon and travel towards his opponents last known location aiming to crush him.

These spikes can be used to both attack the user by impaling him through the sheer speed with which they grow and extend or to defense from incoming attacks by spreading a bit wider and forming a barrier between the user and the attack. Dean sees Hashirama destroy the Water based Penguins by covering himself with Wood. He was quite proficient with it, which wasn't a surprise, he was the creator of it after all. Without pause, Dean snaps his fingers placing Hashirama in a Genjutsu. A technique designed for torture, the Genjutsu causes several carnivorous aggressive fish to materialize around said opponent. These fish rip off Hashirama's right arm (through the wooden barrier), robbing him of his ability to form hand seals. The thing about this Genjutsu, is that the effects of what the Fish do in the Genjutsu, is actually felt in reality.
Without the need for hand seals, Dean opens multiple portals in the sky, from which Keigoku rains down. This causes sharp mental pain, and continued damage. A powerful Nekura technique, which Dean hadn't used in a while.
"YOU ARE QUITE QUIET FOR A GUY WHO'S FALLING AT THESE SPEEDS!"

Hashirama, still in his cocoon, suddenly starts feeling pain in his right arm. He notices fish starting to bite his arm. Knowing there is no way this could be actual fish, as they cannot just appear out of thin air in the sky, and knowing this isn't a summoning technique since there would be smoke or kanji from the summoning, there is only one option left. Genjutsu. Hashirama causes a small pillar to grow inside of him, using it to dislocate his shoulder, the pain being enough to snap him out of the genjutsu. He uses the pillar to relocate his shoulder as well.

Hashirama then rids himself of the cocoon gaining vision of his opponent once more. He also notices weird droplets falling from the sky, which cause him pain as they touch him. Hashirama creates a makeshift umbrella from wood which grows out from his back protecting him from the droplets. The wooden umbrella is attached to Hashiramas back, as he is falling with feet down towards the ground. Hashirama then expels 15 kunai from the umbrella using it as a source for his move while keeping his eyes on the opponent.

Seeing his foe beat the Genjutsu, with commendable usage of Wood, Dean smirks. This guy really was something else. He then creates an umbrella to shield from the Keigoku. Dean generates his electricity in his body, which increases the power of his following Lightning technique. Without the need of hand seals, Dean compresses a large amount of Lightning chakra into a ball which he launches towards the incoming 15 kunai, destroying them with ease as it heads towards Hashirama and would result in an explosion. The Keigoku keeps falling in the mean time (it lasts 2 turns)

Seeing how his opponent shrouds himself in electricity and uses it to discharge an orb of lightning energy to destroy the kunai, Hashirama weaves two hand seals and expels a large sphere of wind from his mouth, which strikes the lightning orb before it can reach him.

Using the clone as a source of wood, Hashirama does a single hand seal causing the clone to turn into an enormous tree which rapidly grows towards the opponent, engulfing him in leaves, sharp branches, cutting and crushing him with the sheer size of the technique.

Suddenly, a clone of Hashirama burst forth from his own body, and is blasted towards Dean. This man obviously had some form of sinister purpose with this, and as such, Dean smiles as he forms the Ox hand seal and creates a Chidori in his right hand. With shape manipulation, Dean forms the Chidori into a long spear of Lightning which he uses to slice the clone apart and move it towards Hashirama. The Lightning spear would aim to slice him, causing numbness and it has some form to solidity to it.
With his left hand, as he forms the Spear, Dean throws an explosive kunai towards Hashirama. The kunai is connected to a string wrapped around Dean's index finger, in order to allows greater mobility.

As he sees his opponent creating the chidori from his hands, Hashirama quickly does three hand seals, placing his opponent into a genjutsu. In the illusion as the Chidori extends towards Hashiramas clone and Hashirama himself, the technique backfires and turns into several ropes of lightning which wrap around Dean, turning his head upwards so he can't see in front of himself or around him. The lightning spear itself, disperses in reality doing no harm to Hashirama.

As Dean creates the Chidori in his right hand, and throws the kunai with his left as planned, Hashirama forms hand seals which doesn't save him from his untimely demise at the hands of the Nekura. He had probably forgotten, or not known, that the Nekura are a clan that resists foreign chakra and hence can't be put in a Genjutsu, since it requires foreign chakra being put in their chakra system. Dean laughs as he technique succeeds in piercing Hashirama, and even taking it a step further causing the single blade to split to multiple pieces, which causes more damage overall, thus killing the God of Shinobi. As a finale, the kunai explodes upon contact too.
