first of all madaras space time jutsu is advanced than forths cuz madara can teleport where he wants but forths need to use binding jutsu such as written kunais
second important thing is madara can send people or things another dimenson but forths (so far we saw) cant

dude cant u see the fact that the 4th was the best ninja in the village for his jutsu. marad jutsu is not better than the forth. in kakashi gaiden the forth can teleport more than one place at the same time. madara's jutsu take a while for it to active.first of all madaras space time jutsu is advanced than forths cuz madara can teleport where he wants but forths need to use binding jutsu such as written kunais

No as seen both Manga and Anime Madara can teleport parts of His body s so you go right threw Him and not touch Him as seen in the Itachi Arc. Madara is over 100 years old He fought the First Hokage, who weaken Him. It was Madara who control the Nine Tail Fox, Reread Manga when He spoke to Naruto. He said He could not stop Madara, He said to Naruto that it was up to Naruto to stop Madara.
its not about who is the best or cool by the way (unfortunately) if forth is better than madara why did he dead??

When Kakashi stated that Madara's space/time ninjutsu was even more advanced than Minato's, it is true to some extent.

It means that Madara is able to bring his body out from exsistence with no seals or tags, like how Minato must use. So Madara is able to move to any place one at a time with no seals or tags. But then again,(if you just read this carefully) wouldn't Madara's space/time ninjutsu be less effective in combat?
What i'm trying to say is when Minato places a seal or tag on something or someone, he is able to instantly move through space and time to that location right? Madara doesn't use seals or tags which makes his space/time ninjutsu less effective in combat. In other words, Madara can only move to one location at a time then he must maneuver and look around in order to see where he wants to move to for his next transport, so he doesn't end up somewhere he doesn't want to be. In OTHER words, Madara must always have his eyes or his mind fixated or locked onto his target in order to move to that location. If Minato places a seal or tag on something, he doesn't need to know where or how to move to the targets location, he just uses the seal or tag to transport him there.
Like in Kakashi Gaiden how he had those four leaf ninja throw those "tagged" kunai at the fifty enemy rock ninja. When the kunai's reached the other side of the battlefield, Minato simply used his space/time jutsu to move throughout each kunai and kill those fifty rock ninja within 1/1000 of a second(speed of light). Now if Madara was to fight fifty ninja, he would have to transport himself to each enemy one by one to kill them. Each transport would cost him at least a few moments to kill the enemy and visually locate his next target and transport again. As a result, Minato killed them all in the same amount of time it took madara to kill just one enemy ninja.
*their jutsu has different effects each one have stronger side and weak side so its just about ninjas who is using that tech.. my first post only about stronger side of madaras space time jutsu cuz i didnt have time to write forths stronger side and madaras weak side
madara's space time jutsu is far more advanced, and the 4th cannot be in more than one place at the same time, he use's his teleportation jutsu which is light speed move thats why shino said if it was that, his bugs could still trace it. Madara's jutsu on the other and is space time, he is able to disappear and reappear to anywhere he wants its not fast movement he just disappears erase himself from that spot of even excistance. shino said his bugs cannot trace that.
