Anyway, we'll be doing this training a bit different. I'll post the technique, and state some stats on the technique. I just want you to analyse the technique, as in, give me some details on the technique like its strengths, weaknesses etc. Anything you can say about the technique. Also, if you have questions, feel free to ask.

Description: The user will enhance their hearing by infusing his ears with sound chakra. Then, by utilizing chakra and enfacing his lungs, the user will be able to control the frequency and intensity of the sound emitted from his simple breathing. This low frequency, inaudible sound is passively emitted and has no effect other than emerging from him and bouncing off of objects. Using the enhanced hearing, the user is able to know where everything is around them, effectively creating a sonar effect through the rebound and reflection of sound waves. The hearing and the sonar effect is precise enough so that one can effectively use it to substitute one's vision in battle if needed. Despite being very effective, specially if the user has any of his other senses hindered, it also leaves the user vulnerable to sound genjutsu or sound attacks which will be much more drastic in its effects.
Note: Lasts 6 turns



One of the most used techniques of Sound release, and you'll see why. I won't go too in depth, but basically a technique which is initiated by focusing your Sound based chakra to your ears. You will control the frequency of your breathing, and listen to it bounce off objects, creating a sonar like effect. This allows you to basically, see everything in a sense. A very handy technique.

The most useful D rank technique I've come across lol.

The technique is well detailed so there's not much I can add that would be any different but, I'll take a shot.
So by focusing Sound chakra into your ears and controlling your breathing, you're able to emit sound waves that will travel in all directions away from you and when then make contact with any physical object, they will bounce of it and return to you, allowing you to pinpoint the location. So this is the same sonar stuff Dolphins use, yes?

The strengths are pretty cool. Due to the sound waves alerting you to the location of any physical object, it makes it difficult for your opponent to use sneak attacks and this allows you more time to produce a proper counter/defense and doesn't force you to try and pull off a last minute move which your opponent will ask to get checked. It will be pretty useful in misty and smokey environment as well where you will be able to locate your opponent/s.

The technique points out the weakness which is that you become more susceptible to Sound Genjutsu and Hindering Sound Techniques. It could also prove to be a disadvantage against Dojutsu users as well because they would notice you channeling chakra into your ears and use loud techniques on purpose to deafen you.

Dolphins and Bats, who, if I remember correctly, literally scream in an inuadible frequency, and allow them to see. They are blind, I believe. That's what makes it so cool, compared to normally sensing that can be dulled by some mist cjs, this enhanced hearing really does you give you an edge in battle. As for the weakness, that is indeed true. Though you only have to wrry about loud noises...Nekura swag and all :coffee:. Anyway, let us move on to the next one!

Description: A simple technique where the user touches an object and infuses it with sound chakra, enabling it to vibrate and produce a low frequency, high amplitude sound. The vibrations cause objects to bounce off of the targeted object which is highly useful when fighting with weapons or to make thrown basic weapons resist opposing thrown weapons.. It also resonates to the user if he were to be blind (because of a genjutsu for example), letting the the user know the objects position and what it deflects. It can also be applied to solid objects or structures the user may wish to destroy or, by applying it to the ground or similar, detect what is around him by making it resonate with the same low frequency. The object gets no added power, only the ability to deflect incoming objects that want to counter it.



A very useful one, where with touch, you will infuse an object with Sound chakra, which cause it to vibrate and produce a low frequency, high amplitude sound. The vibrations make it bounce off the targeted object, like another kunai (if you infused your own kunai) and it also resonates with you, which allows you to know what it had deflected and also, where it is. It can also be applied to solid structures to destroy, and to ground, to detect around you, as it resonates with the ground, in that very same frequency. Analyse it.

Like you said, this technique allows you to infuse an object with Sound chakra which causes it to give off a low pitched, loud noise that deflects other weapons it comes in contact with.

So when your Sound infused object clashes with your opponents, you will be alerted to the position of their weapon. You can also destroy solid objects and structures which is cool.

Not many disadvantages, it doesn't cause any damage which isn't terrible but, it would have been more effective if it did. Its let's of a loud sound so you opponent is aware of it being infused with chakra.

Nah, its more low frequency, so its not that loud. A cool thing I though about that infusion technique, was using it on a sword. Imagine if it vibrates, and hits away another sword, in a pseudo Kenjutsu fight. Easy to gain the upper hand. I'll try to be more brief lol.

Very simple, charge some Sound chakra to your palms, and smash them together, in a hulk like fashion. This releases a high frequency Sound wave, which destroys solid based techniques of Water and Earth. You can elaborate a bit more than me xD

So by gathering Sound chakra in both your palms and slapping them together, your create a high frequency Sound wave that will shatter techniques which are solid in nature due to wave making their molecules vibrate so fast, they explode.

Advantages are that they work against all solid structures of B Rank and below.

The disadvantages are that the wave would be useless against attacks with no 'solidity' and it only works in short range, which is pretty bad.

Imagine slapping someone on their ears with this thing! LMAO

Description: The user gathers chakra either around their fist, arm, or leg and then charge towards their opponent. Upon utilizing an attack involving the aforementioned limb, it
causes a release of sonic vibrations (of a low frequency but with a high amplitude) that act as a secondary strike, making the opponent unable to use the body part that has been hit for 1 turn. This happens because the sound vibrations damage soft tissue by resonating within the water molecules that reside within it. The effect is similar to a localized explosion upon contact that rips through the targeted area and creates a shockwave that blasts the target backwards. The skill is exceptionally useful if used against solid techniques such as those from Earth Release (or similar) which will shatter upon being hit.



A pretty useful technique, and the first Taijutsu based Sound technique, or vice versa lol. Charge your Sound chakra to a specific limb, like an arm or leg, and head towards the opponent. You will then strike the opponent with said limb, releasing low frequency, high amplitude sound waves. The part hit can't be used for the next turn. Can also be used to shatter Earth based techniques (B rank and below I believe, and within reason too). I'll allow you to elaborate on the tissues and stuff lol

Sound Taijutsu, nice.

After gathering Sound chakra into a limb of your choosing, you will strike your opponent with said limb on a part of his body, rendering that body part useless for one turn. This happens because the soft tissue residing in that body part gets damaged due to the vibrations resonating within the water molecules in the tissue. Alternately it can be used to shatter solid objects of equal rank (like Superman, BOOM) though, this could prove to be a double edged sword because if the object is large, the rocks that break apart could hit you body and damage you.

Advantages seem cool. By striking your opponents arm, you could prevent him from forming handseals and if your were to strike his leg, his speed would be reduced severely.

The downside is needing to make contact with your opponent, against skilled/faster opponents, you would be making yourself vulnerable.

Description: The user gathers his sound chakra into his throat as he inhales afterwards exhaling as he screams, yells or roars. The resulting effect is a massive forward shockwave of low frequency, high amplitude sound that levels anything in its path. Despite weakening as it travels, its faster than most wind or lightning techniques and can still be defended from. If used within a water source it receives +20 damage.



Now begins the first of many variations, though this is the original version. This technique is simple, you will gather some Sound chakra into your throat, and inhale. You will then exhale, in the form of a scream, a yell or a roar (use the roar U_U). This releases a massive a massive forward shockwave of low frequency, high amplitude sound. A fast technique, and if used in a water source (if the sound travels through the water body itself), its adds +20 damage.

After gathering Sound chakra in your throat, you will release it through your mouth by screaming, yelling or roaring which will result in a massive shockwave being released that will demolish anything in its path. It could also be used if you're in a water source, using the water as a medium, it gains a damage boost and probably a speed boost as well.

The advantages are pretty straightforward, it doesn't require handseals, its fast, gains damage when used in a water source.

Not many disadvantages I can think of but, it is easily noticeable due to the destruction it causes which allows your opponent to defend if he's fast enough.

Description: The user charges Ototon chakra into his hands and snaps his fingers, triggering a genjutsu through the emission of high frequency sound waves. As he snaps, the sound is amplified, sounding as if it is directly by the enemy's ear. To them, it sounds as if something has just snapped in half. The user then manipulates the illusion to make it appear as if either a large branch has fallen from a tree or the ground under them has broken clean in half, causing the target to believe they are falling through the earth or have been struck with a large object, pushing them to the earth. The user has control over the illusion, being able to make it seem as if entire trees have been snapped in half, falling on the target or as if an earth structure has collapsed either above or beneath the opponent, etc. The illusion can be edited to fit the situation and even the sound can be slightly altered deepening on the object that is "snapped". Is more effective depending upon the terrain this is used in ( extremely effective in a forest, not effective in a desert ).



Now, I believe we are in the B ranks as well, with Genjutsu training. This is your very first Sound based Genjutsu, so I want you to analyze it for me fully, as well as you can.

Genjutsu eh. >.>

After charging Sound chakra into your hand, you will snap your fingers and increase the frequency of the sound produced through the use of your chakra to place your opponent in an illusion. By amplifying the sound, it would sound as though something (branch, ground, etc) has snapped right next to them. You can then manipulate the illusion to make it seem as though something large has fallen on them or that the ground they are standing on has cracked and they are falling into an abyss. Basically you can make it seem anything on the terrain has snapped, allowing you to adapt it to your surroundings and create multiple scenarios.

Being a Sound Genjutsu, the effect is almost immediate which doesn't allow your opponent little if any time to defend.

As a terrain based illusion, this would be effective in places like Konoha where the village is surrounding be trees whereas it will be useless in Suna where sand is the only visible thing.

Great job, and according to the Sound rules, it basically is "instant" since once the opponent hears the Sound, the Genjutsu has started. Nonetheless, its useful. Let's move on.

Description: The user gathers Ototon chakra in his vocal chords. He then whistles, releasing a high frequency sound wave, creating a sound similar to a faint buzzing in the target's ear, similar to Ringing Madness. However, instead of causing a foe to become disoriented, it impairs his hearing, making the buzzing the only thing that he can hear, seeming as if the target has bees swimming around his ear. The buzzing drowns any sound out, unless they are exceptionally loud (i.e. great explosions, one yelling directly into the target's ear, etc), making it very difficult for the target to hear incoming jutsus or attacks.
Note: Hearing impairment lasts 3 turns



One of my more favorite Sound technique. Gather some Sound based chakra in your vocal chords, and release a high frequency Sound wave. This creates an irritating buzzing Sound in the opponent's ear, which in turn drowns out any other sound unless its exceptionally loud. This makes it perfect to use with techniques that are sneaky, since the opponent can't hear it. Nonetheless, you know what to do U_U

After gathering Sound chakra in your vocal cords, you will whistle and release a high frequency sound wave which impair your opponents hearing. Once your opponent hears the sound (which is almost instantaneous), he will hear a constant buzzing sound which makes it difficult for him to pick up on softer sounds that he could normally register.

This technique has a lot of positives and no downside that I can see. It takes effect almost immediately, the range allows for usage at all times and you can use sneak attacks once your opponents hearing is impaired.

The effect is a large emission of low frequency, high amplitude sound waves but instead of a forward attack, its manipulated into an omnidirectional sound blast that expands outwards all around the user, pushing attacks and enemies backwards with might.



A technique similar to Echo Assault Skill, you will focus Sound chakra into your vocal chords, and either roar, scream or yell. This releases low frequency, high amplitude sound waves all around you in an omni-directional blast. This pushes back the opponent, plus deals damage as well. A nice technique to get rid of some close enemies, and projectiles.

Nice technique. Once you've gathered Sound chakra in your vocal cords, you will roar, yell or scream to release an omnidirectional sound wave that will push anything within short range of you away.

Pretty useful when you're outnumbered and want to create a bit of space for yourself. The range is a bit limited though which doesn't allow for a lot options.

Description: This is a much greater and focused version of the (Ototon: Hibiki Rendan no Jutsu) - Sound Release: Echo Assault Skill technique in which the user gathers his sound chakra into his throat as he inhales afterwards exhaling as he screams, yells or roars. The resulting effect is a massive forward shockwave of low frequency, high amplitude sound that levels anything in its path. Unlike its weaker technique, the massive power it carries makes it slightly slower, equal to an average equally ranked Raiton technique. Unlike the unfocused nature of its weaker version, its focused almost like a beam, affecting an area of 50º in front of the user. If used within a water source it receives +20 damage.



A more focused version of Echo Assault Skill, where you will gather Sound chakra in your throat and inhale, then exhale in the form of a roar, yell or scream. This results in a massive forward blast of low frequency, high amplitude sound. This one is a bit slower, but stronger and also gains a +20 in damage when used within a water source.

Similarly to the weaker version, you will gather Sound chakra in your throat and proceed to yell, scream or roar which will result in a focused shockwave being released.

While more focused and powerful than the weaker version, it is significantly slower which means your opponent has a larger window of time to counter. Another similarity it has is that it becomes more powerful when used within a water source.

I like this technique quite a lot. Gather some Sound chakra in both your hands, which creates a vibration field around them, that resonates differently, and also at low frequencies. You will then proceed to slam both your hands together, forcing them to resonate at the same frequency, which causes them to explode outwards in the form of a sound shock wave. This shockwave pushes back anything in a 160 degree radius in front of it. Note, that it pushes and causes damage. I used this concept for a CJ of mine, called The Rush xD
