as the title says, kimmimaro, jirrobo, kidomaru,sakon+uko,tayuya and kabuto vs orochimaru

location: inbetween sand,leaf and sound villages,
restrictions: kimmimaro IS NOT sick, edo tensei cant be used.
setting: the sound 5 + kabuto ambush orochimaru.

who would win here if they used curse marks i think they would stand a chance.

You got sound genjutsu, Souma no Ku, Sticky Gold jutsu, Bone jutsu, and epic strength, all of that PLUS curse marks, and a medic of Kakashi's level (I believe it was stated somewhere; if not, he at least killed a bunch of ANBU, and then spoke with Kakashi before leaving). then you got a man who can summon a sword out of his mouth, and summon a big snake that doesn't like anyone. what else can he do? a bunch of snake-related jutsu. plus, Oro's ambushed! without Edo, I'd have to say that Oro loses here...

If orochimaru is healthy he will win hands down.

If not, its actually a battle, but orochimaru still wins just with high difficulty.

The sound 4 are waay overrated. They could barely manage to beat two jounin from konoha even when they used CS2.

Also a sick kimimaro still easily beats the sound four.

The only real factors are kabuto and kimimaro.

he killed the "god of shinobi" with edo tensei.
his type of immortality still leaves him vunerable to being killed; he just won't die of old age (or illness, assuming he can change bodies soon enough)
O_O you got a point with Itachi

Strength was defeated by Choji using Akamichi's most powerful jutsu (that would've killed him if someone hadn't come along)
Sticky was defeated by a Hyuuga, who could use his chakra to cut the sticky (basically, it's like a fire-style user fighting a water style user)
SNK was defeated by TWO shinobi, one of whom showed up fresh after they were exhausted
Genjutsu was defeated by two shinobi as well, one of whom could stop the genjutsu before she was under it. Both SNK and genjutsu would've killed their opponents if it weren't for the other shinobi
Bones would've killed the Taijutsu expert, and a jinchuriki if it weren't for his own illness, which isn't a factor in this fight. you got no point with bones.
Kabuto would just stay behind and heal when neccissary. he's scared of Oro, but if he's actually trying (as we can assume in this situation), he'd heal, at the VERY least.

the factors here are kidomaru, (he got robbed facing neji) kimmimaru(he would screw with orochimaru) and kabuto (no fear intent to kill)
