LOL, I was wondering about that as well. I just thought that it might be only myself that thought that.

If only 10 had more original work in it (the entire background effect is part of the stock)

They can add the restriction to only count the votes of those with 10+ posts. or something like that.
Disqualifying them allows people to frame other contestants, since IP checks don't always work.

That would be a useless restriction. They could just go spam the Forum Games section.

Framing has never been a problem. As far as I know no one has ever done it and even if that was the case when we can't proof via IP it was from the submitter of the sig, we just deduct the votes. So then in the end the only one who wasted his time was the framer.

I really liked 7 and 10. Was hard to choose, but the effects 10 had was really good, so i voted for that one.
