Okay, explanation of BlondieGirls request:

She wants to disqualify a submission because the user asked to vote for him, I, what so ever, didn't wanted to disqualify that user, because BlondieGirl, who wants him out, has also asked for votes, in exchange for reputation points (even from me).

But from now on, who gets cought in asking for votes, or submitting something that he/she didn't made, will get on the Black list, and can never take part in the contest again.
