I swear I've seen the 2nd one on another forum... The only change is that there it was a rectangle.. Still, I don't think doing a fancy cropping and adding SOTW to the bottom should make it an original work.

I could be wrong, but it looks really familiar.

I doubt it, i'd say 4th, because he has this thing, with every single one of his sig's, without fail, he'll put that random white streak at the top, this one is no exception.
