I think a lot of the '' good '' people havent participated in a while, which isn't a bad thing. Cause that gives people who aren't as good an opportunity to win as well, so idk why you had to hate on the '' quality ''

true...I remember better sigs than most of the submissions here and wouldn't even break top 5

Well, this contest is one which needs "skill", so I guess it's not for everyone. People lately are just cropping stocks and adding text, or even using other's works ...
I don't think that's called a sig.
Anyway, I'm not saying that's a bad thing either, but it's more pleasuring when you see competitive entries . It makes the contest more enjoyable ...
