Hmm even though the artwork itself isn't my style (the way it depicts Genos) I will give my vote to #1.

Btw, I found #2 online, can provide link if needed.

All these issues with stolen entries or entries being just resized wallpapers wouldn't exist if the host simply forced the participants to provide their render/stock along with their entry. It would be easier for the least experienced members (and for the more experienced too I guess) to appreciate who did more work too. Honestly I don't understand why that isn't the case already, since it is not trouble for either the host or the participants.
