It is said that the elder son was blessed with the "Eyes" of the Sage and the younger son was blessed with the Sage's "Body"

How come the elder son was blessed with powerful chakra even though it was the younger son who was blessed with the Sage's "Body"

I guess since Older son was older he got the privilege? But he became power hungry, cocky, and corrupt. Younger son slapped some sense into him and therefore the Older son's descendants have been sore losers ever since.

True..i see the Senju at a gr8r disadvantage becasue of the Chakra levels..What i'd also like to know is how come they were regarded as the most powerful..Uchihas seem OP'd with the "Eyes and Chakra levels"

The Chakra level is the Stamina ...

Chakra sigs is the Sinister Chakra they have, esp. Madara and Sasuke, which was confirmed by Kyuubi.

well the younger son has the body/stamina and psychical will power this make you gain stronger chakra in the long run and they would surpass the uchiha easily

Chakra sig means,the level of hatred in ur chakra(sinister)

When the younger son inherited the body, he inherited vitality and stamina (amount of chakra). The older son, when he inherited the eyes, inherited the power of the chakra.
