well the earth release allowes to manipulated the earth around us and can be use as offensive or defensive purposes.
its strong against water and weak against lightning
and its also a very compatible with other elements like in fire to create lava
water to create mud or wood

Good explanation.. Now.. Meditate on that Boulder and focus on your earth chakra for these next 24 hours.. -...Basically just post every minute or so.. counting the next few hours and feel the earth around you-

well i feel more heavy in some way and my body feels hard

i think is that you can manipulate the form and structure of the earth by using your chakra to mold it
like making the earth beneth you more softh or more hard, and change its natural form like creating a wall a maze and even a plauteu
and i think that doton is mostly used for defense
is that rigth?????
