Something to notice about Tsunade and Jiraiya when it comes to Naruto

Tsunade trusts Naruto's abilities more then Jiraiya, and knows how he'll do.


Jiraiya even though he had the grandfather relationship with Naruto, he still didn't have complete trust in Naruto's abilities till the end.

I mean, he spent nearly 3 years training Naruto, mostly to control his Kyubi chakra, yet he could have shaved 80% of that time to just take him to the cave and awaken his full potential there! He could have then spent more time with supplementary training to help Naruto's base stats. Who knows? He could have helped Jiraiya against Pain and saved a life!

Anyways that was an intesting observation, but I'd have to disagree....Jiraiya just wasn't seen as much giving him a go ahead. Remember when he died he left EVERYTHING up to Naruto.

I'd say they both are pretty much equal. Tsunade just happened to have a more noticable or outward expression of her confidence in him.

Unlike Jiraiya did send Naruto to train with the old sage ;p, and was going to use him against Pain in a 2 v 6 =D
