I think I found something which is related to Itachi's disease.

My guess is that its Side effects of susano

well I could be wrong but There's a chance that Itachi used susano before fighting with Sasuke.
So what you guys think. And Itachi got diease due to use of his susano
And please don't say Itachi died due to Aids :|. Last time thread got deleted bcoz of that :|

I think what Sasuke was talking about were only temp. side effects of using Susanoo. But Itachi had to use Susanoo before his fight with Sasuke because, he knew Susanoo was in it's complete form.

Btw I read that topic , If Itachi's diease has nothing to do with MS than Most probably I will agree with that guy.

I think Kimimaro's problem may have been an incompatibility with the curse mark. Fukai was definetly incompatible with Gyuki. IMO Itachi was under another influence one which his body was trying to reject. So, incompatibility = death in Narutoverse whether that is sage chakra, curse mark or being a Jin that incompatibility ultimately results in death.
