Description: The goggles were created by the combined effort of the Third Mizukage and his council. In an effort to control and mimic the power of Bijuu, they created weapons and accessories. These goggles were one of those items, they were crafted from a strange dense yet light metal found in a mine near Kirigakure and from the denses most strongest glass in the village. The Third Mizukage and some of his chakra and a councilmen's aswell sealed within the glasses. The glasses however were a failure they did nothing to help control a jinchuriki, however the glasses gained a strange new power due to the what was sealed within them. The third mizukage decided to keep them as they would aid him in battle and they covered his eyes from being blinded by debris or dust and sand, etc.

They emit a chakra field mid range all around the user, the air and underground as well. An object that is within the field is known to the goggles. The Goggle's can know where the object or chakra signature is, how big it is and it's speed, if moving, but only if the user is able to perceive and track the speed of said object himself. This information is sent right to the user as the goggles are connected.

Note: Do not aid vision in anyway
Note: Goggles are very durable and can take one S ranked technique before disabling, but remain unbroken on the user, any further attack D rank and above will break them.

Godot swirls his coffee unconciously while gazing at the sultry woman before him. It took great lengths to get this far without a wicked gust of wind tainting his drink with sand. How was she faring alone in this harsh place? Seeing her smile was assuring and he returned it right away. Apparently she came prepared, donning a pair of goggles.

"I know the perfect one. A shinobi's specialty."

After biting his thumb and wiping the blood across a tattoo on his neck, Godot summons a swarm of locusts that immediately scatter in all directions, most flying, others hopping around. However, Godot is nowhere to be seen. He has hidden among the swarm in the form of a locust identical to the rest. His passive transformation is perfect thanks to his use of natural energy. So, while Godot flies to his left he makes a certain sound with his legs and the other join in like a chorus. The sound they create traps you in a genjutsu where you are surrounded by nothing but locusts. The locusts headed in your direction cling to your body and generally pester you while Godot returns to his original form, crouched behind a small hill long range from you. He calmly sips coffee as he waits for you to exhaust yourself trying to find him. When Godot plays games he plays to win.

Using the Goggles Of Drashti, Mei had a sense of everything within range, but of course her senses were mostly focused on the man. The moment the man summoned the swarm, Mei could easily feel him shift sizes and attempt to bury himself within the locusts. A sneaky type eh? He could prove to be pesky if she allowed him to sneak around willy nilly. Upon the man entering the swarm, he'd find himself and his entire swarm engulfed in water. Mei was simply smiling as she had materialized water out of thin air. Quite alot of water to be fair. The size of the deformed orb of water created around the swarm rivaled that of a tailed beast so it definitely captured them all, especially with Mei using her sensing to make sure she manifested the water in the proper spots. She controlled the water to shift and flow to the left, violently throwing the locusts and the man inside around as it moved.

At this point Mei quickly moved on to a new technique, quickly weaving together a few hand signs while she positioned herself close enough to the water to touch it. With the hand seals done and Mei close enough to touch the water, She'd swiftly place a palm on the water as it moved in order to push her Chakra into it. The moment she touched the water it instantly transformed into something else. In that split second of Mei placing her skin onto the water she had completed changed the water into a massive lop of ice. This didn't do any damage technically, but it did what Mei wanted. The transformed man and all of his locust were trapped in a massively thick piece of ice, which was absence of heat or air; Causing the locusts and man to freeze to death whilst suffocating.

Causing the denser parts of that solid to shift upwards, switching places with the current surface. Changing the landscape, thus causing the Earth to react naturally. When dense earth for example the core switches with swamp of the under world, everyone would be able to move about freely. While under the surface, the swamp would still be there. For Earth's counter part water comes in contact with this jutsu, the temperature drops dramatically. Causing water to harden into ice, and for storm/hurricane clouds to form around the battle field.

When Godot sees water spawning all around him in such a wide scale he first considers the possibility of a genjutsu. In order to search for truth he had to become adept at seeing though deception, including illusions. However, the way the water appeared didn't seem fake at all. To create so much water out of nowhere, this lady has some real skill. He couldn't afford to play around anymore. As the water is formed Godot switches to another transformation which turns him into a large, powerful, werewolf kind of beast. With his heightened physical ability he would try to swim out of the mass of water despite its movement but he feels the water becoming colder, actually freezing solid. So, Godot focuses wind chakra in his claws that creates vortexes of slicing wind around them. With rapid clawing motions he wildly shatters the ice in his immediate vicinity and charges at you fast, shredding all of the ice in his path with a flurry of slashes. He travels with your exact position known to him thanks to his lifeforce sensing ability so he could violently break through the ice right in front of you. This pelts you multiple ice chunks which distract you as he hurls you into the air with a powerful rising uppercut that also cuts you vertically across your body.

Description: The Galian Beast is the third Transformation available to valentines and is also the first they acquire. Like all transformations of the Valentine Clan, The Galin beast too represents a horror or terror faced by society. If Chaos is the physical representation of occult and satanic practices, Death Gigas could be considered the horror of science, a mutated unstable lab experiment and the Galian beast can represent the horror of the wild, untamed animals of nature.
The galian beast transformation takes root in one of man-kinds oldest fears, lycantropes, the valentine takes on the form of a highly muscular, armour clad lycanthrope with large horns protruding from its head. (see image)
In this form, the user gains enhanced strength equal to a sage mode user and the speed at which the valentine can move doubles due to the enhanced musculature and dexterty afforded by the wolf-like form, also, due to the huge claws, horns and teeth, damage inflicted by taijutsu is greatly increased (reflected in the damage section above)

Mei was indeed impressed as the man transformed and began slashing through the ice, inch by inch. After you transformed she can note that you've gotten a bit faster, though she could still track you. She used this time to draw blood from her hand and summon her favorite companion; MoMo the Tiglon. MoMo appeared on top of Mei's head, her black fur flowing with the slight breeze as her and Mei exchanged thoughts and information mentally.

The user first draws blood from his hand and does the hand signs for the summoning technique. In return he/she is able to summon the Tiglon contracts self proclaimed greatest side kick, MoMo. MoMo is the daughter of the Tiglon Bach, as such she bares a striking resemblance to him in terms of their dark black fur that wrapped around their bodies. Unlike most Tiglons, MoMo isn't very large at all, in fact she only stands about 1ft tall and weighing a few pounds at most thus allowing her to sit on a summoners shoulder or head. Just like her father and uncle who are summonings of the contract, she has inherited the keen ability to communicate mentally with signers of the contract, allowing them to better strategize mid battle.
Abilities:
MoMo's abilities come from her being a pure ninjutsu specialist, being able to perform normal ninjutsu up to S-rank, but has no skill in elemental usage or Genjutsu. Her real talent comes in the form of specific jutsu such as the chakra transfer technique, which makes her the perfect side kick. She has Mastered the chakra transfer technique to such a degree that at all times that she's in contact with her summoner or another Tiglon, she begins passively transferring chakra into them, boosting the damage of their techniques +10. The only downside to her constant transferring of chakra into who she's aiding is they're chakra would constantly disrupted so they wouldn't be able to perform jutsu that are overly complex such as Genjutsu and Fuuinjutsu. Along with her amazing ninjutsu skill, she has the trademark senses of a great cat, being able to hear extremely good, smell the difference in odors between people within mid range, and can see greatly in a dark environment.

At this point you'd be breaking through the ice and entering a closer proximity to the duo (breaking the plain of close range); Resulting in shards of ice pelting their bodies from the front. The shards caused a small degree of pain and even a few cuts here and there, but nothing too lethal that would hinder Mei or MoMo. As you enter close range to attempt your body arts, Both Mei and MoMo act simultaneously to coordinate a counter attack. Mei manipulated moisture in front of her to create a blob of water, which near instantly expanded into a chubby goblin like creature who stood about 3 feet in front of Mei. On the other hand, MoMo performed the chakra transfer techniques which gave a +40 boost to Mei's technique whilst also boosting her overall chakra levels by +100. Upon being created the Goblin had its stomach opened up, revealing a few water tendrils that were extending towards you, clearly in attempts to coil around your limbs. There were 4 tendrils of water in total, and each one went after a main limb of yours (your arms and legs), intercepting you before you could uppercut Mei, and trapping you in its belly. Whilst inside the belly, the beast proceeds to sapping your chakra from your body, while allowing you to drown if you had no way of breathing. The beast would drain -80 chakra from you almost instantly, at which point Mei controlled the water to crush you within it; Leaving you a bloody mess inside of the belly of the beast.

(Suiton: Zerasu-jū no hara) - Water Release: Belly of the Zealous Beast

Description: Tobirama, with his legendary mastery of water release, will send his water chakra at an area within mid-range. With the use of his water chakra, Tobirama can materialize an orb of water from thin air, which would quickly grow into a large blob of what appears to be a plump goblin made of water. The size of it would be about two times the size of the user, with a fairly large stomach and a body that is about 3 meter wide. The goblin itself is a sentient entity, capable of acting on its own accord. The water that makes up its body has similar properties to (Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique, therefore its ability focuses on absorbing chakra from targets that make contact, including Smaller summonings, Clones, Humans, etc. The main usage for this water blob is to utilize the unique ability of the water to absorb the target's chakra. This is done when the blob would race towards or attempt to approach the target and upon reaching short-range, it would open up its large belly, in which four long whips would emerge to grab a hold of the target's limbs and abruptly pull the target in the stomach. The whips are dense and almost solidified, allowing it to grab a hold of tangible beings despite being made of water. As it is pulled in, the blob's stomach would close, shutting the enemy inside. While the target is inside, he/she will lose chakra from the physical contact with the water, and any raw chakra created inside will be ineffective, like Rasengan, but elemental chakra would still work. The blob itself stays on the battlefield for three turns, however, if it successfully traps a target, the user will be able to manipulate it to stay on the battlefield for longer. Doing this would require a constant stream of chakra, therefore the user will be unable to perform any other techniques while the target is successfully trapped inside the belly. Absorbing chakra if the target is inside the belly has no turn limit, so long as the target is trapped inside. However, if the user deems necessary, with a single handseal, he/she can cause the walls to squeeze in together, trapping the target in an extremely pressurized orb of water that would easily crush anyone inside.
Notes and Restrictions:
- Tobirama bios can use this without hand seals or a water source. Alternatively, bios that don't have his water abilities will have to perform a set of five hand seals.
- The blob itself lasts for three turns, and if the user does not successfully trap the target within the stomach, or if it is destroyed, it will disperse back to water.
- Can only be used once and no water techniques above S-rank while this technique is active.

The technique has many uses, from restoring an allies chakra to releasing him from a Genjutsu or simply to give him more chakra to mold, allowing him to drastically boost the power of a technique. Tsunade could even use this technique, together with her Creation Rebirth technique to, in conjunction with her summon Katsuyu, heal multiple people at the same time during Pain's attack on Konohagakure. If used to power the use of a technique, the recipient of the chakra can boost one technique by adding +20 chakra to it which increases its damage by +40. To do this, the recipient must mold the technique while the user of Chakra Tenso no Jutsu is transferring chakra into him, meaning that both the transfer and the technique must be done at the same time. The transfer can only be done with direct contact between user and target and restores the targets chakra by up to 100 points per turn.

When Godot is dragged into the stomach of your bulbous creation its chakra draining properties only manage to revert him to his true form, a block of wood. Using a simple tactic, he had replaced himself with a dummy just before being ensnared by the goblin's tendrils. He appears on your right side throwing three exploding kunai above you and swiftly detonates them with only a thought as he circles around to the side opposite your goblin. The kunai aren't aimed to hit you and aren't close enough to do any damage if they were to explode. That would be the case for normal exploding tags but not these. Godot has customized the exploding tags to focus the full force of their explosions right at you instead of outwards like normal, making more lethal than before. Since the kunais are spread out the blasts would hit you from three different angles at once. However, this isn't the only trick Godot has prepared.

The central tag's explosion spreads a transparent mist through the air that would dampen the senses of both you and your feline friend. This makes it slightly easier for Godot to utilize his superior speed and dart into your blind spot behind you where you can't see him (with your eyes at least). Turning his right hand palm up with his fingers strait, Godot pierces your lower back like a blade and severs your spine before quickly removing his bloodied claw from your flesh. As his hand is removed the other comes from overhead and smashes the black cat into its own summoner's head like a mallet. Such a small animal could not even cushion the blow and prevent Godot's fist from breaking your skull.

For example, the user could place a tag on a tree and cause an explosion which only makes a 3 inch wide hole in it by diverting all of the energy of the explosion toward the tree and limiting its range. If the user is in contact with a tag exploding away from him, he will be blown back by the recoil unless he braces himself or reduces it's strength.

As the Goblin's tendrils were going to ensnare Godot, with the use of the goggles Mei senses the replacement happen and instantly takes note of Godot's new position. Of course, with MoMo's superior hearing and smelling she too picked up on Godot's position without a hassle. once the kunai were thrown, Mei made a quick decision. They were in mid battle so even though the kunai weren't directed at her directly, she knew they were to be used for something. But what? As she thought to herself the kunai seemed to hiss for a split second before exploding in on her. Just as she heard the hissing, she knew it was a detonation so o make sure she was fully protected by whatever it was, she performed a single hand seal and conjured up water all around her. The water was created in such a way that it was a vortex and was created between Mei and the surrounding Kunai so when the explosion happened the water intercepted the force. The moment the water is even created Mei manipulates it to expand and blast in every direction, spinning and destroying everything in its way reaching up to Mid range.

Of course, MoMo did something also. Simultaneously to Mei performing the water technique, MoMo transferred her chakra once again to empower the vortex of water and give Mei more chakra.

When Godot's tags explode he watches you enclose your self in a vortex of water that not only intercepts the blast but expands to attack him. It is around this time his beastly features recede into his originally stunning self. In response he stops running abruptly, stomping the ground as he does so. Godot's stomp spurs a great boulder of rock out of the earth in front of him. That boulder immediately splits into a multitude of smaller rocks taking the form of a humongous dragon. Godot places several exploding tags on the dragon's backside as it forms and sends it crashing into the vortex before jumping sharply to his left and forming handseals. After the dragon's collision with the barrier it is reduced to a pile of rocks but the tags set to explode a few seconds after its creation give it a second chance, blasting its remains in your direction like a shotgun cannon.

As this happens Godot transforms the ground in a 20 meter radius of you into a deep swamp that ensnares your legs when you sink into it. Godot is also in the range of the swamp but he came prepared. Emitting chakra from the bottom of his feet before landing lets him hover above the swamp's surface without fear of getting trapped. With chakra jets helping him accelerate he circles your position while retrieving a bow and resting a hand in his quiver.

The user then proceeds to emit stronger chakra streams from any side of his feet to act as a propellant and allow the user to seemingly skate across the ground. This can be done without moving but the user can gain speed faster by moving his body in a similar fashion to an ice skater. While on a level surface, the user can reach sprinting speed in 8 seconds if only propelled by chakra. Of course, this technique works on water as well.

When Godot's tags explode he watches you enclose your self in a vortex of water that not only intercepts the blast but expands to attack him. It is around this time his beastly features recede into his originally stunning self. In response he stops running abruptly, stomping the ground as he does so. Godot's stomp spurs a great boulder of rock out of the earth in front of him. That boulder immediately splits into a multitude of smaller rocks taking the form of a humongous dragon. Godot places several exploding tags on the dragon's backside as it forms and sends it crashing into the vortex before jumping sharply to his left and forming handseals. After the dragon's collision with the barrier it is reduced to a pile of rocks but the tags set to explode a few seconds after its creation give it a second chance, blasting its remains in your direction like a shotgun cannon.

As this happens Godot transforms the ground in a 20 meter radius of you into a deep swamp that ensnares your legs when you sink into it. Godot is also in the range of the swamp but he came prepared. Emitting chakra from the bottom of his feet before landing lets him hover above the swamp's surface without fear of getting trapped. With chakra jets helping him accelerate he circles your position while retrieving a bow and resting a hand in his quiver.

As the explosion happens which sends a storm of rocks at Mei, she also takes note of the earth below her feet soften into a swamp-like texture. It seems the man was trying to capture her in place while the debris pelted herb, but she wasn't going to become victim to such mediocrity. Clapping her hands together, markings appear on her palm as she points the towards the ground slightly angled in front of her. The marks immediately release jets of concentrated flames that propels Mei off of the ground and into the air. She's able to position her hands in such a way that she controls the trajectory she's propelling in, thus allowing her to get out of the range of the swamp. She flies over to solid ground on the furthest side of the swamp from you, attempting to reach long range away so that she could regroup.

Simultaneously to her beginning her escape from the swamp/evasion of the rock debris, MoMo uses her raw Chakra manipulation to activate a technique of her own. 10m above Godot an abundance of golden arrows manifested into existence. Being translucent, the arrows simply allowed light to pass through them so didn't reflect a shadow below, thus wouldn't give off an obvious hint that they were defending on their target. The arrows were spread to the point they covered almost a mid range radius around Godot's position whilst falling down. The arrows would come down with precision speed and piercing power, cutting through Godot if one were to hit him. What made the arrows so dangerous is once they came into contact with something, each would explode in a close proximity of itself, so all of them exploding together would make quite the impact.

Though the arrows were indeed dangerous, they weren't directly aimed to finish the battle. They were mostly used as a distraction towards Godot so that Mei could secure her safety from the swamp, though if they were to cause fatal damage to Godot it wouldn't hurt the situation one bit.

As you propel yourself away from the swamp Godot spots something bright falling into view. Glancing up, he gets the full picture, an array of golden arrows descending from above like shooting stars. Dealing with such a widespread attack would require some finesse. So before touching down he creates invisible bubbles of wind beneath his feet and leaps off them toward the incoming projectiles. He traces the paths of each arrow with ease, himself quite skilled with archery. Ascending acrobatically off unseen footholds, he weaves through the arrows without so much as a scratch. He forms a handseal during his maneuvers and materializes 8 water cubes surrounding you in midair as well as numerous water cords, using his sensing to keep track of you. These cords connect each cube, trapping you among a complex prison of cords preventing your escape. As soon as they form Godot claps his hands together, causing the cords to quickly retract and pull the cubes toward their center point: you. Due to the cube's solidity you would be crushed between them as they form a greater cube.

As the cubes form around Mei, She simply did a single hand seal to activate a jutsu that would protect her; Though MoMo again used the Chakra transfer technique in order to boost the jutsu past its limits. Forming around Mei and Momo was the mouth of a massive hydra head which held the two inside of it upon creation. Accompanying the large head was six more heads just as huge, all facing different cubes to lunge at them and stop them way before they could do any harm. Even though the cubes outnumbered the hydra, the strength of the heads coupled with the size of them allowed them to easily dispatch all cubes. After protecting Mei the Hydra head gently put down the duo while the other heads (and body) maneuvered around the swamp to get near you and attack. While maneuvering around the swamp, one of the heads shot a powerful blasting stream of water at you that aimed to rip you apart with the utter force.

(Suiton: Hidora Taihō) - Water Release: True Hydra Cannon

Description: The user forms the Ram, Snake, and Boar handseals and calls forth a great amount of water from the ground nearby which takes the form of a large hydra with seven heads that attacks enemies with their sharp teeth and heads while also defending the user. Each hydra head is the same size of the Water Dragon Jutsu and can reach up to mid-range. They can also fire spiraling streams of pressurized water from their mouths at the enemy, crushing them with the immense force of the water. This counts as an additional move of the user and is A-rank in strength. The body of the hydra is 8 meters tall and has reptilian limbs allowing it to travel but it cannot move very fast on land. In water, however, it can move as fast as a running ninja.

Description:
This is an advanced ability that ninjas with great chakra control can learn to use and that Bijuu possess innately. The user will release his or hers unmolded chakra onto another ninja, effectively transferring it. The technique has many uses, from restoring an allies chakra to releasing him from a Genjutsu or simply to give him more chakra to mold, allowing him to drastically boost the power of a technique. Tsunade could even use this technique, together with her Creation Rebirth technique to, in conjunction with her summon Katsuyu, heal multiple people at the same time during Pain's attack on Konohagakure. If used to power the use of a technique, the recipient of the chakra can boost one technique by adding +20 chakra to it which increases its damage by +40. To do this, the recipient must mold the technique while the user of Chakra Tenso no Jutsu is transferring chakra into him, meaning that both the transfer and the technique must be done at the same time. The transfer can only be done with direct contact between user and target and restores the targets chakra by up to 100 points per turn.
Note: Only usable by bios with great chakra control (NB Medical Ninjas, Hyuuga bios or Fuuinjutsu masters). Bios seen using it in the manga can also use it.
Note: Cannot be used to power the users own techniques.
