Well Naruto isn't a bad tactician either, people may not acknowledge it all the time but he is indeed clever, at the very least in the fights. So asssuming that both of them are good at that then it comes down to their arsenal so they can have a bigger flexibility and variety when then plan things out.

Well to be precise the manga says that they had a long war and after their deaths, their chakra continue to exist in their transmigrants, however it is not stated that Ashura defeated Indra or the other way around. Don't jump into conclusions.

Nothing is faster than instant, she dodged Sasuke's attack because his STRIKING speed wasn't fast enough, not his ST jutsu, then you act like all Sasuke has is ST and Susanoo, he can also use genjutsu, and it would last long enough for Sasuke to evade an attack if he times it right. What happens when Sasuke swaps with Naruto when he throws a RS variant at him?

All this time the dynamics between the two of them have changed many times however this time they're supposedly equals.

However, we know one thing, Naruto used to have great amounts of chakra but had terrible control over it while Sasuke did not have as much as him but his exceptional control over it could make up for the less chakra. But now Naruto has an equally exceptionally control over his chakra. Sasuke might have also gained some extraordinary chakra reserves but let's not forget that Naruto has 2 other sources of chakra, one being half Kurama in him and maybe what the other beasts left for him and two his sage mode. Now we did see Sasuke using Black Chidori which is a sage technique but it's still up to question if he can actually use it to an extent similar to that of Naruto.

At the end of the day it all comes to their chakra reserves and their ability to muster more chakra than their opponent. That being said, in a long battle in which the result will be a stalemate then Naruto at some point will get the upper hand considering that Kurama and sage mode will provide him with chakra allowing him, thus, to fight, longer than Sasuke.

Now in case you ask why it didn't happen so in Ashura vs Indra, well we don't know if the former was a Jin to have an extra source. Sasuke's only way out of it is if he can use his abilities without wasting almost no chakra.

It's not about Chakra, Naruto only has few abilities (plus improved physical strength) which Sasuke knows and can counter since he was also watching Naruto fight during the Kaguya/Madara battle, Sasuke didn't use much of his new ability since Kaguya required sealing and not strength, it would be dumb of him to try and defeat her when even Hagoromo (who has both the power Naruto and Sasuke) felt threatened of her. Hagoromo has equally shared his powers between Naruto and Sasuke, however they are combining their new powers with their previous powers, for Naruto its Chakra Mode (since he doesn't have the full bijuu to go BM) and for Sasuke its EMS. We also haven't seen the full extend of Sasuke's new power, so we can't compare it to Naruto as he used pretty much most if not all of his new feats U_U

Sure thats the middle of the fight. Then Kurama was trapped in the Chibaku Tensei. Naruto regained consciousness and then fought Deva by himself in sage mode and defeated him. My point is, he has taken on the rinnegan before and won. So sure, Kurama fought part of the fight with him. Kurama is still sealed in him, so same/if not better scenario. They work together now. Overall fight was won by Naruto/Kurama, so I think they still have a chance.
